    Had this tv for 5 weeks. Sitting with my family watching it when it goes black. Search internet for hours trying to fix it. Unplug it, reset it, push combinations of buttons on remote, no luck. Still under warranty but past the 15 days to take it back. Still currently waiting on replacement. This is a known problem and Best Buy should stop selling this television. 2 weeks and still waiting while i watch my computer. DO NOT BUY THIS TELEVISION.

    the first one lasted 15 months, so I guess I'm not very happy with it.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK TV! IVE HAD IT FOR 4 MONTHS AND IT COMPLETELY STOPPED CONNECTING TO OUR NETWORK. Ive factory reset it. Google it and youll see for the past 6 months people are complaining of the same issue! DO NOT BUY!

    no bluetooth feature. I did not like this tv at all. Cannot bluetooth to outside devices.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Hope this helps!

    I've had other TCL TVs before but this might deter me from buying them again in the future. This TV would randomly restart and freeze. There were times I had to unplug it to turn it off (would not respond to the remote, stuck at the red TCL ROKU screen). Returned it after the day I picked it up.

    Second TCL that was Terrible! This TV we had to return because the 1080i Tuner didn't work! Also, this TCL has no AV inputs for old school things like the Wi! Anyways, do yourself a favor and get a SAMSUNG & pick up a ROKU STREAMBAR & SUBWOOFER. Best of both Worlds with Tizen on a Samsung TV & The Streaming of a Roku!

    The resolution was the worse I have ever seen. I returned the tv because pixels were showing up black on the screen. It had black dots and after a while they split into two.

    Broken screen

    We ordered open box, trying to save a little, and the screen was completely broken. It was not checked by employees clearly. However we re-bought the television from Walmart. The Netflix app can be really glitchy, but great TV otherwise!

    So I guess I waited too long to take this out of the box took it out today and it was definitely broken, not sure if that was from the delivery or what but guess I’m out 700 bucks cause I can’t return it

    Don’t buy it. Have had it for less than three months, and I just watched the screen slowly fade to black. It costs less than competitors for a reason.

    A nightmare to put this together holes are uneven and can not use a drill to make new ones it will fall apart half the hardware did not fit
