Dead after two years

Great value for the price…but

It reacts well to movies, games, and the interface is easy enough to navigate. Having come from an Amazon Fire TV, I actually prefer the Fire TV interface, although the Roku TV interface seems less cluttered. 4K videos look great? Brightness and color are satisfactory. I do miss the ability to speak into the remote to search for things and this TV also seems to lag when you click buttons on the remote. I’m used to my Fire TV responding a bit quicker and having that voice input is definitely missed.

Ok but smell issue
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv for the price. I was going to return because of the VERY bad off-gassing of the plastics. I was reluctant only because I had already mounted the TV. Apparently this is a known issue with this brand and really should be addressed by the manufacturer. It's truly not acceptable. The smell has calmed down somewhat after a month but I wonder how safe it truly is.

The clarity is good, but the screen is very dim and I can see lines through the background. I tried to get bestbuy to exchange it but they wouldn’t help and told me I had to go through the manufacturer. They were even worse to deal with wanting you to jump through so many hoops to get them to exchange the defective tv. By the time they replied with the list of demands before they would even consider helping I was deployed and by the time I got back it was too late for even Best Buy to help. So much for the annual membership I pay to Beat Buy for coverage.

Great Purchase

The setup didn’t take more than 10 minutes, including logging into all of the available streaming platforms. I’d recommend getting this tv for anyone who is looking.

Decent TV but freezes up with Netflix

For me, my biggest issue is that it constantly freezes up and lags out only on Netflix. The TV will reset itself one or two times in a row when this happens or it will just completely freeze up and have to be unplugged and plugged back in. This TV was a gift to me, but if I were looking to buy another TV, I would spend my money elsewhere.
