Smart TV experience has been great. TCL has a nice picture and sound. Size is fantastic. Internal Roku is sometimes slow to respond to the remote, including when powering off.

Great TV for the price. A couple of things that are somewhat irritating thanks to new technology. First, you HAVE to set up a roku account, no ways around that. Second, teh good old A/V ports don't exist. There is a combined A/V port though...or just use an adapter if you an old DVD or Blu Ray player. Third, the TV does not come with screws that you need to attach to stand for bolting. they reuire M6 screws that you have to get, which is fine; but what's a bit weird, they use two different lengths. Otherwise, everything works as advertized!

Easy to use, was able to mount (does not come with mount inclided) able to download other apps for ease of use. Very clear picture

Great value for the price. Picture quality is good, color saturation good. Volume is on the low side. Get a sound bar or system.

I love this TV. My son basically forced me to buy it. I'd been looking for a 50 - 60" TCL Roku TV for months, but couldn't catch a break. I argued that this one was way too big...that I liked my other little TV that I'd only had for a couple years. Well...this is a HUGE improvement and not just because it's larger. The picture is so clear and the added features for apps and the like are so great. Great value. Nice TV.

Love the TV great picture sound everything couldn't be more please the only problem I had was getting the TV, delivery was totally screwed up I stood in the store for over an hour they told me they couldn't help me because it was ordered online best buy is best buy I don't care where you get it in the store or online very disappointed however there was 1 woman there that had everything cleared up in 10 minutes. She was great I would probably still be standing there if not for her and the little guy who sold me the TV

A very nice tv. We are a older couple and don't need all the bells and whistles. Easy to use and set up.

If you are looking for a low price TV, this is it. No point is having those expensive TV. The image quality from the cable company or web is just not there to take advantage of technology. Cut the cord, get ROKU. Super easy to use. Picture quality is great. And ROKU is better than Firestick (which throws amazons at you constantly).

This is a very good tv for the price. Size is perfect for any room. Looks very clear, easy to set up. Sound is very good.

Easy navigation through settings great picture and easy to download apps for viewing. Instructions were easy to follow.

This is a really good quality tv and for the price I am surprised. I have other TCL tv but the upgrade in this is great.
