    Bought a new 65” tv. The folks came out sent from Best Buy. One man did all the work. He was very friendly, cordial and professional. He did all the work his self, he was quick, very meticulous in his work. We were very happy with his installation. And would recommend to anyone looking for this service.

    I returned and got the Roku version. I really enjoyed the Google tv interface, but it was horribly glitchy.

    This TV is so slow. I am righting the review in hopes of winning the $400 gift card to apply to a new TV. I have done everything possible to help with this TV, it is the newest and worst TV in my house no matter what the setting. The google voice feature works about 2% of the time. Terrible!

    TV was good for a few months and now I can’t get the remote to connect to the tv. I even bought a new remote and the tv will not respond

    Buggy integration w/ Google Home +own features

    Bought this but I'm debating what actually it does better over the $125 cheaper recent Android TV model I was planning on returning (or a similarly priced TCL Roku TV). My major motivation was integration with Google Home but also upgrading from 1080p. (1) Fast on functionality doesn't appear to include wifi and ethernet connection so nothing but a fast on attached roku or other dongle can turn it on by voice. Wasn't fixed over Android TV. (2) Google Home streams Apple Music with subscription but sending it to this TV and my non-Atmos/DTS+ sound bar is horribly choppy. (3) Google Assistant on the TV and it's integration with Google Home system has been working poorly, has been unresponsive and I can't figure out why. It's worse than previous generation Chromecast with showing connected services like camera footage. Nice that it adds Dolby Digital Plus and eArc should those be of value (not with my soundbar!), certainly an upgrade over 1080p in terms of video quality. Appreciate that it does do digital audio pass through. If it doesn't work better with Google Home, really seems that overall package is less than a TCL Roku TV plus an Chromecast or the older Android TV (or maybe even smart 4K TV) with a 4K Roku box. Definitely consider if relevant, some of these things may get worked out but clock is ticking ...

    Poor backlight consistency

    I purchased this less than a month ago. Sorry to find out that the return period is only 15 days. The backlighting on my cable menu is inconsistent, which led me to look at some TCL reviews. Pretty bad, despite the glowing reviews by electronic magazines, etc. I'd have second thoughts about buying TCL again. At least I have a BB service plan, but I'm sure that will disappoint when it's needed. Litigate?

    Buy a Samsung

    Sound and picture quality terrible. I have also 42" roku one and both of them has frozen problems. I bought this because of android but it is useless. Google TV dosent have Chrome Browser inside. This is really ridicilus. You can download some other browsers but they are hard to use. Dont waste your money for android and also garbage TCL. Go and buy a Samsung for better sound and picture quality.

    SUPER GRAINY -Auto Adjusting visuals are the ENEMY

    picture 5/10 , voice search 3/10 barely ever works or is super delayed, setup 5/10 allows several apps to connect from phone so dont have to enter in a bunch of info BUT brand new tv has a 2 to 3 hour update is has to do and you have to install every basic app onto it that it says it comes with which adds about another hour. now, the auto adjusting, good god its terrible. within 5 seconds it will swap from light to dark to mid light. Like ok i get it youre adjusting to whats on the screen but its literally to the point your putting sunglasses on and off over and over again. Changed the settings, still did it. Changed it to OFF in the factory deep in settings, still DID IT. I get it its a budget 4k TV... but the pixelation on this thing is terrible. Support says its because youre watching things that arent in 4K, welp.. i am actually lol and theyre still beyond pixelated and grainy. was hoping for better but fairly disappointed. not one to usually right reviews but now i have to haul this thing back to the store to get something else. just a big let down.
