HBO and disney plus do not work. i have reset the tv many times, uninstalled the apps. Now the control wont work anymore. Stay away from this tv and products from this company.

DO NOT BUY this TV

Stick with TCL Roku. The Google Version of this TV is terrible. Past my 15 days at under 30 so I'm stuck with. The Google Interface is slow, lags and freezes to point of being unusable at times.

DON'T BUY THIS TV!

Suddenly, the TV started to freeze and reboot after every few minutes. BestBuy did nothing and TCL claims they have never see this, though there are many, many people with the same problem. Don't buy this TV - BestBuy won't stand by it and TCL can't fix it. I've had it for less than a month and can't watch anything.

Not a great purchase

Keeps changing channels even while not touched. screen dimming itself. This all happened within a month. Highly recommend not to buy. Spend few more bucks and get better. Great Until It Died at Three Months

For the three months it worked it was great, perfect. Then it died. Will not power on. Three months of use. I would not buy again.

Setup is poor and have spent over 4 hours trying to get the initial setup completed. Severely disappointed with the time and money I spent in acquiring this product.
