Great TV at any price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own two small screen TCL-ROKU tv's but was a little skeptical about a 65" TCL-ROKU for under $500.00. I should not have been. Easy to set up, and picture quality is outstanding (and I'm pretty critical). The only negative (and it's slight) is sound quality. I fixed this with TCL sound bar. All in all this a great tv at any price!

Good but with a caveat

Since I use Roku, I figured why not get it included in the TV. TV had issues finding and keeping the wifi connection. Told Bestbuy, they got right on it, it would be a few days before the replacement arrived. Since I had already given my Roku receiver to my kids I bought a Roku sound bar to work in the interim. Got it running and working with the original TV but noticed it would not allow my Klipsch powered bookshelf speakers to work any longer. Went to pick up the replacement and learned that Bestbuy had to pick up the turn-in. Something about making sure... bla bla bla. Since then, the new TV is fine if not a bit quirky. With the Roku sound bar. You have to turn the TV on then off then on again. It starts up fine but needs to use the soundbar as the Roku connection. I have since added the Roku rear speakers and sub woofer. Can't say enough about the sound system. Lots of options for music or voice clarity. All in all I'm happy so far. Just learning the quirks of a new system. Disclaimer: It's possible that operator error is involved but I could not find another way to work the Roku Sound Bar and TV setup.

Outstanding picture quality

Was o glad I did. The picture quality is outstanding as good if not better then my samsung and way better than the LG. The roku interface in the easiest of all of our TV's to navigate. dual band wifi is outstanding

Spare room TV

I purchased this TV for a spare room. The picture is clear and bright. The built-in speaker is not the best, but I added a soundbar to compensate. With some fine-tuning, this brand could become a formidable contender in the crowded TV field.

Working 24/7 for 1.5 years without any issues

They have been running for 1.5 years 24/7 without any issues. Very easy to use. Mounting was a breeze. They display looks great even in a bright retail environment. Sound quality from unit could be better.

Excellent tv!

I’ve been looking for a 65+ inch television for two years now and finally broke down and purchased this model. For what I wanted it for it’s perfect. My son loves gaming on it with his Xbox and I love the apps I can download onto it to watch my favorite shows and videos.

Awesome Smart/Ruku TV

I walked into Best Buy to see how clear and loud it was; this TV is really loud! You don’t even need a sound bar. The picture quality is amazing. I also bought another one for my mom. I definitely recommend this TV
