Very upset with that. True pain.

But you get what you pay for. Screen is really easy to accidentally crack but beyond that, it’s the second of the same model I’ve bought.

Good buy for the price

The first one was the sound suddenly didn't work. A few days later the live TV picture was so dark we couldn't see it. I spent a long time trying to google solutions only to have my daughter suggest unplugging the TV for a few mins. This solved both issues. Also, I have never been able to cast from my tablet to the TV. There are lots of people complaining of the same casting problem with no solutions that worked for me.
