    After 2 years the product back-lights went out. Sometimes it would stall in loading the picture... overall grade C+ for the price and how long it lasted

    We purchased this product on Feb. 13. 2020. The TV died Jan. 30, 2021. Shouldn't have brought an off brand TV.

    Having this only one year the screen now has lines through it and from what I have read will cost more to fix than what the tv is worth.

    We bought this TV based on research, user reviews, and price range. It was easy to set up but the the picture is awful. Definitely not HD with some pretty severe pixelation, especially in the blacks. With Best Buy having curbside pickup we had to order online. If I had been in the store with this TV on display, I’m sure I would have walked right past it. We tried to work with the setting and even tried using a different internet connection. It was the TV. We will stick with our tried and true Samsungs from now on.

    Good TV mine just broke

    It broke within 7 months but at least TCL is refunding. I will likely buy a tcl just not 4 series.

    Broke down in 6 months

    had my previous tv for 15 years. I bought this six months ago and was in the middle of watching a show when it turned black. It took the company a week to come repair it. Best buy was useless. They should not be carrying devices that are bad quality.

    I purchased this in 2020 and not even 6 months in the picture was all jumbled...went to settings and the only thing was "movie" that the pic was normal..all other settings were jumbled....now it is almost 2 years old and samething has happened again. I would expect better quality and for a tv to last at least 5 years! Junk in my opinion!

    I bought this TV because it was a great deal. After setup and using it for 24 hours, I noticed every time I used the rewind/fast forward button it made like a cracking noise. I called best buy, they replaced it with a new TV. The new tv has the same issues.

    Defective TV after about 20 Days

    Purchased this TV on 5/21. Today is 6/14. Today a strange horizontal line started showing up across the entire bottom of the picture which is different colors than rest of screen and won’t go away. I cannot return it because it’s past a 15 day return window. Very disappointing.

    Cheap parts

    The main board blew within the first year, and the backlights blew within 1 year 9 months of having it. I have another TCL tv that also had the main board go bad…. wouldn’t recommend!

    WORST. TV. EVER. I purchased this TV 12/16/19. I had several little problems out of it, but after only 14 months (2/18/21) the screen went out. $450 is a lot of money to invest in something that only lasts 14 months. Very disappointed. I would never buy this brand again or recommend this brand.

    Worst buying experience ever

    Worst buying experience ever Purchase on Black Friday. Took a month to actually get the TVs. Had to go to the actual store. No one can seem to find the ones that were shipped with the freight company and everyone we spoke to at the one 800 number basically said there’s nothing they can do about it.

    Poor quality that won’t last

    The screen blew out slightly over one year from purchase so it is not covered. The screen won’t turn on at all so it is unusable. Don’t want to invest the money to fix it because the quality is so bad. Don’t buy this.
