    STAY AWAY FROM TCL TV's!

    Purchased TV 2 years ago, 1st one arrived with a broken screen, 2nd one that replaced it arrived and needed a main board replaced within the first 3 weeks. Now the picture is flickering and will occasionally go black like the back list is going out. Called TCL support, and they will not do anything not even a repair out of pocket. I will never buy another TCL TV again.

    Power button on remote stopped working a month ago and today, the television will not power on at all (via a remote app I had to download to my phone). This was purchased less than a year ago.

There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps!

    No sound after 3 uses. Best buy failed at rectifying the situation. Had to take 2 days off from work for them to send someone out but they kept sending people that werent even qualified/allowed to even help and would leave wothout resolving the issue. Im disappointed with the product as well as BestBuy. No need for the total tech membership since they dont actually provide any useful services.

    Great except Netflix doesn’t work.

    Great TV except that Netflix has stopped working. I’ve have the tv for a little more than a month and Netflix worked great at first. However I now have an error code saying it can’t connect to Netflix. It’s the only app that’s acting up and Netflix works on our other devices.

    I've always had good luck with the TCL brand of TV's . I like them because of the built in Roku platform. I originally was going to get the series 4, but decided to upgrade to the series 5.

    This product is terrible, I have to unplug the power cord from the tv at least twice a day after it being off to get netlix or any other apps to work…screen goes black at random times..worst tv i have ever owned

    Brand new TV defective on arrival - the infrared receiver doesn't pick up tv remote after moving more than 2 steps away from TV. The LED light below TCL logo was barely visible when looking from below, its impossible to see the LED light from front view. Brand new, but defective. TCL sent over a replacement TV remote but that didn't help

    Purchase made Nov 7th and went back on 28th. 60HZ not recommended for sports. Tried adjusting motion blur but not any better.

    The sound quality on this TV is very poor. The light on this picture is very poor. The settings on the TV are very poor. There’s a very cheaply made TV and it is not worth the money and with Roku you’ll have to stream everything and pay for any additional apps you want if you don’t have a service like Xfinity

    I bought this tv on the recommendation of the salesman .. maybe I got the one in a million flesh tone could never get right. TCL couldn’t figure it out. They wanted it back. I returned .
