Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took us two deliveries of cracked tvs before we finally got a delivery of a TV that worked. However, Best But customer service was excellent. Rptgey resilved the issue to our satisfaction.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Suffers from some software issues. Lacks a 120Hz refresh rate. VRR is limited to just 48-60 FPS. Does not have 60-to-24 fps judder reduction and may suffer from stutter on low framerates. Only 30 dimming zones so the blooming is pretty noticable on subtitles and letterbox content's black bars.

Lousy sound

TCL (google tv) has been a disaster
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TCL tvs are absolute trash. Their customer service just ghosts you. There are many better options for a slight price increase. I would suggest searching on redit about the many malfunctions with both the google portion and the tv itself. For us, we have to restart it about once every 2-3 days with regular use. I have had to factory rest it about once every 3 months. In the middle of watching content the TV sound will stop or the picture will freeze and we have to pull the plug on the power to reset it. Updates come on random days at about 5pm CST 6pm EST, this means that if you forget to turn off the auto-update feature that happens when you factory reset it once a quarter then it will cut out in the middle of content to restart and install an update. The audio decides to work really well some days and just changes the eq on others. This means that for a regular watching volume in a 15 x 11 room we will have it at about 20 some times and 40 others until we factory reset it. It is for these and many more items I would suggest you take your money to the big 3 in tvs don’t be like us and waste 700$ on a dud.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not pay for an open box but as we are exploring different streaming apps they are are already assigned to people with passwords!!! Plus the tv shuts off on its own!! Soo disappointed in Best Buy and TCL!
