Very glad we went with the QLED over the less expensive options. We have other smaller Roku TV's so we love the ease of use, the simple remote, and the option to add extra audio wirlessly. We wall mounted wish was much easier than expected.

Was a bit difficult at first to get a sales person to help but the person who wrote it up was very helpful TLC 65inch is a good product for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you seem to be experiencing some trouble with your TV. This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. We will continue to make improvements to ensure our customers the best experience possible.
