    I had 43" TCL tv for the past for years which was working fine but decided to replace it with a 65"TCL 5 series model and couldn't be happier.

    Great Tv for the price store staff helped load it. Was a bit difficult at first to get a sales person to help but the person who wrote it up was very helpful TLC 65inch is a good product for the price.

    Get the 5year protection plan if you purchase this television. The picture and sound worked great for that time, now only the sound.

This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
