Never considered TCL before but took a chance. Had this for 3 weeks, picture is ok most of the time. Often, the picture gets very chippy, like looking at a picture with a strobe light on. Might be calling for a repair or refund. Still haven’t decided. Plus, you try to activate Roku and the number that comes up on the screen takes you to scammer who tell you pay a $49 activation fee “or you can’t use your TV.” Roku needs to fix that junk.

Great quality TV for the price

Picture not great. Worst remote ever

It must be at the exact right angle to work. Programing of remote only works with volume not channel changing. It also sends you to the roku menu everytime you turn on tv. Won't buy another TCL. I returned this tv for a Samsung.

Additionally, there are many settings that can be toggled to better suit your personal preference. The TV can also be programmed to power on to a specific input or last used input.
