Great Picture!

The depth of colors and clarity of images has been great. During set up, the system automatically updated itself to latest firmware, so one less thing for me to worry about. App searching and customization is very seemless in the main menu of this model. Would highly recommend!

Not worth the price.

Would always kick us out of apps, like YouTube TV. Then something went wrong where we could no longer use a remote to operate the TV. Tried a different remote, still didn’t work. Had geek squad come look at it and told us there was nothing they could do and we have to get a whole new TV. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This tv is amazing and the color and quality are just unreal. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade and get the best bang for their buck.

Unfortunate experience to say the least
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought a $2000 65” TCL TV 18 months ago and it died today. Maybe we should have purchased the extended warranty but I expect something of the said quality to last longer than that. TCL and Best Buy basically said pound sand and good luck! No prorated credit or anything. I get it if we’re 3,4,5 years in but 18 months!?! Stay away from this brand. Spend your money elsewhere.
