Dark spots, frustrated

Didn't notice them at first, but TV has spots like many others. Other than that though, picture is decent. BUT, now I have to mess around and try to get it replaced.

My only dislike is its defective the screen has small black dots on it.. I throw out the box first night ... best buy says I can return it but its a hassle to take a tv without a box n be docked. Only for the exchange... luckily I got warranty will end up having them take care of it hopefully
