    Picture was grainy and hard to adjust. Fast moving objects were blurry. Took back for LG tv. Some may like it and not notice. Wall mounting is easy. Hole line up without difficulty. Is not too heavy to lift. This tv could use a lot of upgrades to make picture better. Maybe I got a bad one and others are ok

    I bought this tv for my new apartment for my wife and I after thoroughly researching the best TVs. This tv looked amazing and started out perfect but ended up freezing whenever an app would stream any video with Douby Vision (basically anything worth watching on Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, Apple TV+, etc). I’ve tried researching and resetting the tv multiple times and it still acts up.. My wife is not so tech saavy so it also annoys her when she can’t watch any of her shows!! I had a 55inch Roku tv before with no problems but this one.. I’d avoid at all costs.

    I’d been excited to get this TV since I have the 6 series that I had bought from BestBuy and love it, but the 5 series was disappointing for me. The video was choppy with possible banding and volume control didn’t work via Apple Tv. Therefore, I’ve decided to return it

    Terrible - Defective TV - Pixels Out

    I was excited to get this, but as soon as I set it up, there were a handful of dark spots with dead pixels. I swapped it out and the second one had the exact same problem. I contacted TCL support for help, since I did not want to return again just to have a third defective unit. The only support TCL offered was to "try again" with another unit. I don't recommend this unit or brand.

    Didn’t even make it 2 years before developing black lines along the lower portion of the tv. Otherwise it worked great, major disappointment

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
