    Well I'm not happy with this purchase cuz the tv looks good but when I turn on the corners are like cloudy black I don't know if this is normal but I expect better for my money and an brand new tv I will left a couple days if not I will return

    At first - loved it. Then about 1.9 yrs in I get a Grey screen and TCL will not replace it as it's past the 1-year warranty. They did not even offer a trade-in. Super disappointing as I did my research and thought it was a best value/performance. I'll be sure to not purchase any TCL products in the future after my experience with the company and the product.

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     I gave it 3 stars because it is a good looking tv. It was defective, however, and I returned it and upgraded to the Tcl. R635 which was a happy result with better brightness.

    The new tv’s are very different now. Everything is set up for virtual reality instead of actual tv viewing.

    It is a nice tv for the money, however, the picture does flicker during fast moving objects. The picture does lag, wish the refresh rate was higher. The sound quality is fair but could be better. I think they could have done better with the brightness of the tv. Overall, it’s a fair tv for the money.

    Turns on by itself.... all the time

    We've had this TV for a month now and it won't stay turned-off. We power it off, leave the room, come back later and it is on. At first I thought one of my boys was turning it on when we weren't looking, but nope, randomly it turns on. I've checked that I don't have any possible 'signals' coming from other devices or lights, or windows, etc. even going so far as to put gaffe tape over the IR receiver and use the physical power button. Still it turns on by itself. I've called Best Buy Geek Squad and they wouldn't talk to me unless I purchased their service program.

    Unable to actually review the TV.....purchased an open box acceptable tv. Got home, had no legs, no remote, and was broken. Returned for full refund and ended up bying something else..... Was definitely not "acceptable" condition.

    The brightness was decent, the sound could be a little better but when you had it on a white screen there was quite a bit of yellow around the edges. I returned it and got a Samsung instead.

    Rude curbside pickup employee

    Rude employee with curbside pickup. My fiancé came to pick up this tv in my truck while I was at work. I’ve used curbside pickup with bestbuy several times without issue. This time the associate brought the TV out and told her it would not fit in the cab. I know it fits in the cab because we purchased the same exact and size tv before. He was extremely rude and told her it she had to do it herself. She was able to get the tv in the cab of the truck by herself.
