    We had this in our living room shortly before we moved to Florida it was a great TV but I sold it because I didn’t have any Space for it on the moving truck

    love this TV. Just had the Geek squad assemble a stand, then install the TV. Nathan and Ted were excellent. They were very professional. They were worth every penny.

    Hate the Roku stuff and HDMI dead in 2 years

    All the HDMI inputs died after two years. I purchased TCL Protect, and found out the hard way its a joke. Can’t get any help from them. Will never buy another TCL TV.

    Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! We bought this TV 14 months ago and it now the screen went out. TCL won't do anything since its been more than a year. Best Buy wont do anything unless we pay $600, which at that point, I can just buy a new TV. I will never buy TCL again!!!!!!

    2 years and 11 months in the screen just died. Look up TCL Black Screen of death, it’s becoming an issue.

    Poor Brand Quality

    Researched quite a bit before buying and got great reviews from a performance standpoint. Picture looked good and had great 4k images. After 1.5 years, it unfortunately dumped out on me and was told by Geek Squad it was unrepairable due to the way TCL makes there TVs. There were some other small issues that were an annoyance but beyond the most frustrating thing was the longevity of the brand. I gave TCL a try but will not buy another due to that.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Good things the Roku part of the tv is easy to use. The bad thing is picture quality is lacking my 6000 serries Samsung LED 55 had a better picture. I figured I was upgrading with a QLED but i was wrong it also doesn’t keep up with action seens or sports the quality degrades the faster things move.

There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

    TCL 65" Keeps rebooting

    Bought this 2 years ago. From early on, the built in roku reboots once or twice a week. Picture is ok, but the reboot is very annoying. I would look at a different brand if purchasing again.

    Wrong screws with TV

    My husband and I just bought this tv tonight and the screws that came with the tv to mount the stands onto the bottom of the tv were the wrong size!!! We were so excited to set it up only to get home and not be able to do so! I’m so frustrated as now we have to try and find screws that will work! What manufacturer sells a tv with the wrong screws and clearly Best Buy doesn’t care they are just trying to make a quick buck!
