    I was in awe when I watched first dolby vision movie on this tv. I did very few adjustments. This was my second TCL TV and I am probably a brand loyalist in the future.

    I own the 6r46. Whats the difference between the google tv opposed to the roku version. Other than the operating system. Bcuz the google version is $400 cheaper. Like i mentioned i own the google TV and despite all of the negative reviews ealy on about a glitchy OS. Google works flawlessy on this TV. and very easy to use.

    Great TV when it works, which wasn't often enough

    Replacing after less than 1yr. Consistent audio issues with HDMI, Optical, and even built-in speakers. Goes static or full distortion and only resolved after full power reset. TCL dispatched a tech a few times to swap parts with no improvement (last round made it worse).

    I have the 5 and 6 series and love both but the 6 series is absolutely incredible. It comes with the better remote as well as it being the better TV. Big fan

    As seems to always be the case, tv picture on demo mode in store is always better than once at home. I mean this tv is ok, just ok. Sometimes I feel ripped off over this , I mean there is a significant difference in picture quality.

There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

    Item has a marking on the screen. Best buy has been horrible with contact every time you call it gives you a busy single. Or it just hands up when the prompt is over. I have yet to be able to even watch the tv. Review is more based on best buy than it is the tv...

    Tv never worked

    We were excited to get this TV, but when setting up the TV turned on then then suddenly turned dark gray/black. We were never able to get the picture back on the tv and even called TCL support who told us to return it or activate one year warranty. We returned it and got something else.

    Garbage

    TV needs to to have a system reset at least once or twice daily because the screen begins to flicker. I fell for the hype, and regret it. I also bought the fancy TCL soundbar, which loses connection to the TV every few hours.

    Fried during software update

    I had issues with the TV out of the box. It was stuck in a setup loop. After a few youtube videos i was able to reset it and get it setup. After 4 months an update showed up. I agreed and have not had it working in 5 days. TCL support is horrible, i have sent them 3 bideos showing it does not work and they still wont authorize a tech. Not sure what to do at this point, ive done all troubleshooting possible and basically out $1,000 at this point.

    Grey spots!!!

    Our tv had grey spots on the bottom quadrant of the screen. We thought maybe it was a fluke but then after returning saw the same thing on the display model! It’s a shame because it looked amazing other than that. We decided to go with a different brand.
