Great tv! Has worked great for us with no issues and the screen is wonderful

Beautiful picture, stunning really this is such a nice TV, had an issue where the speakers spaced out and had to unplug the TV to fix, if it happens again may exchange it. Would be 5 stars otherwise. Absolutely worth the money.

Pretty much the perfect TV. Great blacks, color, brightness, supports advanced features, excited to play with my ps5.

Only had for few months, but excellent picture quality and above average sound ( you can understand dialogue through these speakers). Have no problems with roku OS it’s new to me. Didn’t like how when you turn TV on, it would go to Roku screen then you have to scroll to input you want to get to cable. Easy fix, go to TV settings and choose cable input to tune to when TV is turned on.

We've had to reset the TV twice for sound issues and have contemplated returning it. The picture is beautiful. When the sound works its a great tv. My brother has the same TV and has had no issues so we're keeping it with fingers crossed.

A lot of TV for the price. Picture and features are very good for the price range. I went through a set of batteries per day with the included remote. However, using the smartphone app is just as convenient, if not more so.

The whole buying experience with Best Buy was excellent and that counts for a lot in my book. The picture quality is just plain gorgeous and you can adjust anything you don't like. It comes in a bit short of OLED but you will never have burn in issues. Yes there is a small bit of Black Crush and the panel does not do wide viewing angles well. Both very minor though for most people and situations. The remote and Roku took me down to one remote, which is nice.

The tv is absolutely great, very clear and bright picture and love the roku app. My complaint is that I could not buy this tv in Houston at the sale price and had to buy it out of Dallas and have it delivered to my son there. Now I am struggling on how to get the thing back to Houston, its so large and it has to travel sitting up right not laying down. Dam shame Best Buy makes such a stupid decision on not providing these units at the sale price in Houston.

This is an amazing TV. I went in looking at a different model but one of the bestbuy guys pointed out this one was an open box item and I would get much more than the one I was looking out. The picture is a huge upgrade from my previous 2017 Samsung curved tv. I got the geek squad protection on it for extra sense of security.

I did a lot of research before I decided on the Series 6. I have a Series 5 43 inch in the bedroom and we have been extremely happy with it for the last year. I like the Series 6 even better. This 65 inch is the largest screen we have ever had. I was a little concerned about the picture looking off when viewing at an angle, but that is not an issue at all for us. Simple Set Up and the picture is just incredible. We are more than happy with this purchase.

Excellent tv. Way more cheaper but have high range specs & quality display. Wouldn’t come in less than $2k if this was Samsung or Sony. Deserves full star rating. Design should have been thinner and software or my be remote be quicker though. Hope coming years brings what it deserves especially-android tv os or internet serving, casting etc. Anyway satisfied with what i have bought.

I had done considerable research prior to purchasing and had made a few trips to the store to ask questions. Given our room configuration and multiple windows, QLED was the correct technology. TT Hightower was our sales associate, and he answered all our questions, reassuring us that we were making the right choice. It has great picture quality, and the 65" size makes it feel as if we're at the movies every night!

Fantastic tv. The previous TCL we had was starting to go out after 5 years of heavy use. We decided to get the same brand of since we loved the previous one so much. The quality is incredible. The sound is great (especially with the sound bar). It was a little expensive at $1000 but I think for the quality of tv we received we definitely got a good deal.

Bought this TV because of the positive reviews on the picture from multiple sites. It indeed had a good picture. But the remote is awful! It’s not Bluetooth so you have to point it perfectly at the tv and it had crazy lag. So you can never get to the show or character you’re trying to get to because there is so much delay. Would be a great TV if the remote wasn’t 15 years in the past. Took it back to Best Buy and they knew all about it.

This tv has blown me away. The picture is bright and sharp. The thx game mode looks absolutely fantastic on my ps4 pro. The only thing I wish it had is more calibration settings. eArc only outputs stereo unless its dolby. Unless you have an eArc avr.

After a month of research, we ended up going with the TCL 65r635. All the reviews were dead on. This is a great TV for the money. We’ve had no issues and with some small tweaking of settings, everything is perfect. The Super Bowl looked amazing. Movies look spectacular. We will definitely buy another when the time comes.

After months of research, I ended up going with the TCL 65r635. So far, so good. The tv works perfect with my Samsung AV equipment, and the eARC feature switches seamlessly. This is a great TV for the money. We’ve had no issues and with some small tweaking of settings, everything is perfect. The Super Bowl looked amazing. TV and movies look spectacular. We will definitely buy another when the time comes.
