BUYER BEWARE - TCL doesn't stand by their product

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BUYER BEWARE - TV DIED 2 months past Warranty Expiration and NO LOVE from TCL Purchased TV 11/2020 based on reviews, sale prices and a nice picture. Struggled thru regular issues...mid movie resets, lost WLAN settings, regular SW updates that caused me to re-enter all streaming app passwords, and other weird SW related issues. Working fine last night and today IT JUST DIED...won't even turn on. Called Support and they had me submit pictures of a dead TV and the receipt and they responded that since my warranty lapsed 2 months ago there was nothing they could do. I don't know about you, but when I spend $1000 on a TV I expect that it will last longer then a year. IF you're like me, learn from my mistake and DON'T BUY A TCL TV!!!!

Great panel held back by software

Everything from inputs not passing audio to the TV randomly entering reboot sequences while viewing. I worked with TCL to troubleshoot the issues to no avail. Ended up returning it and Best Buy was great about accepting it.

Great Value and Fantastic Picture!

Replaced my old trusty 50' plasma with this TCL 65' and couldn't be happier with the picture quality. Roku functionality is an added bonus. Just wish I could change the channels directly in some of the apps!

For the price, it can’t be beat. Unrelated, the first AND second TCL 6 series that I ordered arrived broken, but the Canton Best Buy guys handled it AMAZINGLY. I couldn’t speak more highly of the team at that store.

Movies and football look great on this tv. Very happy. Remote is going to take a little while getting use to, but it works just like my roku, so won't take long.

Great hardware; Roku disappointing

Picture quality is phenomenal and was very impressed by the Mini LED panel. Unfortunately the roku interface was a disappointment. The remote was not very responsive and I could sometimes not get the TV to turn on so I had to return this for a non roku interfaced TV instead.

Lived up to the hype
