Best value of any TV I've ever purchased, Great picture and sound, including Dolby Atmos - and the excellent Roku interface. I'm not sure why anyone would need anything else.

Great Tv for the price! I have had a couple small issues but nothing that resetting the tv didn't fix. Wanted to upgrade for my PS5 and I think it does will with the system.

The roku had been a future I have been curious about for a while. I pulled the trigger after doing extensive homework and seeing all the reviews. The remote out the box was not working, and after a song and dance TCL sent out a replacement. No biggie it happens. I was happy overall with it and was still making adjustments when on day 22 of use watching a movie we hear a loud pop and then nothing. TV was dead. I purchased the extended warranty because i figured i would eventually want peace of mind, AFTER the warranty period. So far strike two, and a week and a half later, waiting for repair this weekend. We'll see how it holds up afterwards, but right now no so good.

The screen quality is outstanding and the setup quite easy. Plenty of inputs for those in need, too. I'm very happy with the TV and the buying experience with Best Buy.

If TV is a mirror into another reality, this is the perfect portal. Great colors, excellent contrast, and BRIGHT. You can't find a better TV for this price. Get it!

The Roku remote was only working from the time I began using the television. I had to push the buttons multiple times for them to work. After an hour the remote never worked again and I was forced to download the Roku app on my phone and use the remote on the app, until I could exchange my television. The picture and sound were excellent but I couldn’t access any features on the TV without a remote. When I returned the television a salesman told me that this is a common problem with the TCL brand.

Its really a amazing product at the given cost. Great value for money to get home theater in your drawing room. Picture quality is great with theater mode sound option.

Great TV with excellent picture quality and sound system built in. The smart TV feature is awesome; got to stream a live video of my granddaughter's swim meet!

Purchased the TV as an upgrade for our Livingroom Tv that wasn't that old but didn't support 4K content. I n the past I previously had a good experience with the Roku Ecosystem and was looking to get back into it so that I didn't have to use my PS4 as my streaming system, and also to make it easier for house sitters to access our content and streaming services. The only problem I have had with the TV so far is that we recently switched internet providers and had to clear the cache on the TV to get access to 4K streaming content back since then though it has been just fine.

Picture/image and sound are good! However… The one star is for the remote. The first 15 seconds worked perfectly, then it stopped working. I changed the batteries, it worked well for 15 seconds and then stopped working again. Before buying the tv I saw people complaining about the faulty remote but I did not think it would be that bad… well, it is. I am glad that the Roku app on my phone has a remote option and that is what I am using. So far tv is good but the remote definitely needs to be improved.

All in all a decent tv but the settings vary from Movies to shows to sports and the contrasts and brightness doesn’t adjust to the category you’re viewing. An upgrade from my Vizio but the hype was too big for what it delivered. Guess that’s why it’s so much cheaper than the bigger brands.

So far we are pleased with the new tv. The bright colors are beautiful. A good choice for us.

We're really enjoying our new Roku TV. The picture is fantastic and it's been great exploring all the different streaming options available.

after wating 2 weeks (the salesmen thought I was crazy) to get the 2020 version of what is a great tv it only lasted 24 hours. After picking it up and hanging it there must have been a major fault with the board that allowed it to show the picture over itself making it unwatchable. I am now almost a week into waiting for my second 65r635. hoping this was a fluke

Excellent performance and picture. Remote required additional programming, but after complete, the TV with Roku was an excellent choice.
