BEWARE OPEN BOX SPECIALS

I paid more for that option but it was missing the manual and screws for the TV stand. I cannot tell if the TV even works because I can’t stand it up to turn it on. I called Best Buy, was hung up on to see if I could get the screws was hung up on 3x , finally reached someone who tried to help but and was told the store didn’t have the screws so my option was I would need to return it to the store.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience regarding the condition of your open-box order. The feet utilize 4 M5 x 20 screws. These can be purchased at most hardware stores. Hope this helps!
