Not Impressed

It has been a big disappointment. This is because it crashes quite often. It does not “play nice” with my Apple TV, and does not integrate well with my other home theater electronics. The picture is fine, but the software is horrible. Really horrible. I would not recommend this TV and am not sure why others do.

I don’t know if it’s the TV or my Spectrum cable box. Setup wasn’t easy at all. I had to call TCL and they walked me through it. I didn’t have a Roku account and had to set one up before I could continue the setup. It took almost 50 minutes to get everything going with the phone call. I can’t say if I recommend a QLED or this TV. I had plasma and loved it. It just doesn’t have the wow factor I expected and I can’t say definitely why.

There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more.
