I don’t know if it’s the TV or my Spectrum cable box. Setup wasn’t easy at all. I had to call TCL and they walked me through it. I didn’t have a Roku account and had to set one up before I could continue the setup. It took almost 50 minutes to get everything going with the phone call. I can’t say if I recommend a QLED or this TV. I had plasma and loved it. It just doesn’t have the wow factor I expected and I can’t say definitely why.

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more.
