Complete junk!

The warranty period is only 1 year so TCL will not do anything to help me out. Three black vertical lines have appeared in almost the center of the screen and the color is extremely dull inbetween these lines. The picture quality was ok before this issue however the TV experienced a ton of jutter while watching sports. Don’t buy a larger TCL unless you want to waste over 1K.

In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Roku response unacceptable

It compared to many other qled tv's as a high rated product. On installing in my home and attempting to navigate with the built in Roku software, I found the response time of the software to be unacceptable. Many of my inputs would lag up to 10 seconds after input. This caused the functionality of the tv to be burdensome and disappointing. I returned the set to Best Buy for a full refund a purchased a different companies product through Best Buy.

Remote is useless

It takes multiple pushes of buttons to get a response. I’ve replaced the batteries and the results aren’t any better.

Not a Fan

Streaming HD from YouTubeTV was super blurry, no matter the settings. Slight off center viewing left the colors muted. I was sick to my stomach that this looked much worse than my 10 year old Plasma. I exchanged it for a smaller LG OLED that is much better, although I don’t like the OLED as much as I had hoped. I miss my plasma.

The Mini-Led is not what it cracked up to be

Can’t Recommend

After the return period I had issue after issue with this TV. TCL did offer a person to come install new boards (refurbished of course) it’s not any better. I hooked up my Apple TV and use that to improve the picture which defeats the purpose of getting a Roku installed TV

Worst customer service EVER!!

Remote does not work, after three calls got a manager who was to send me a remote. Three weeks later no remote!!! Now sound doesn’t work on TV So I paid $1000 for a tv that does not have a working remote and no sound!!! Tried to call customer service, got cut off twice and the third time got someone I could not understand. Stay away!!!

Sound issues

The sound started acting up about 2 months ago. Started off every two weeks and now it's at least once a week. When we switch the TV on at times, there's just no sound at all. Every time this happens, we have to reset the tv which is a pain. Sometimes it doesn't reset the first time and we have to do it again. This is not what I expect from a $1000 tv.

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I turned it on this morning and all of the voices were distorted. I turned the TV off and on again and it was still the same. I change channels thinking that the problem may have been with just one TV station and the problem was on every channel I checked. I am not happy!

Terrible product don't buy

Won't power on at all. When you're an under the radar brand you better make a good product because you only get one chance. You had it and you blew it. Died less than 2 years into it

Do not buy.

There was a loud crackle, screen went black, and then sparks started coming out from the backside. Unplugged it as soon as it happened to kept it from starting a fire.

Terrible service
