Took a chance on a TCL this year and walked away feeling like a genius. Colors and resolution are great right out of the box and the interface (Roku) is amazing. Provided it holds up over time, I wholly recommend the 65" TCL 6 Series. Oh yeah...only grumble was that this set only includes the basic remote. Good one with the voice search would have been better but the app will take care of that problem. Don't forget to set up privacy ( Settings...Privacy...Advertising...Limit Ad Tracking) ( Settings...Privacy...Smart TV Experience...disable use tv inputs) unless you want the suits looking into your bidness.

This display is getting a five star for what it is, not because it's the best TV out there, because it's not. You might've heard about TCL a lot recently and there's a reason for it. The cost to performance ratio is unrivaled to any of it's predecessors. I can't say too much about their budget disays, but the 6 series is unbelievable. I'd actually rate this display higher than the Vizio P, Samsung 8000 and the LG 8000. Just to top things off, Roku is release wireless stereo speakers exclusively for Roku TVs. How cool is that?

Nice picture, Prior Samsung developed issues where would just cycle on and off. Heard that’s common. Roku is easy to use, install and delivery were handled well.

This tv had a great picture. The only reason I exchanged it was the vertical banding. It was very noticeable on white screens.

This is my third TCL Roku TV and I will be buying TCL again if I need another TV in the future. This tv looks incredible, works great, and can’t be beat for the price point!

I mainly bought this tv for console gaming. -PRO's: 1.easy to setup. 2.low input lag in game mode. 3. very small "ghosting" effect/trail with "quick action" happening on screen while in game mode. 4. Simple remote. 5. Roku is speedy. -CON's: 1. The "blooming effect" is very noticeable when you have a black background and white lettering (ex. PS logo when PS4 boots up). Actually the blooming is bad but.....you don't see/notice any of it while gaming or movie watching. 2. Only 3 HDMI connections. 3. Built in speakers(you will want some kind of amplification ex. sound bar). Overall I'm happy with the tv. I've always had Sony TV's before this purchase. This tv is obviously not "top of the line" but considering cost and features that it comes with, it's hard to beat this tv. Before making this purchase I have read many reviews that said you're playing the "panel lottery" more with this brand than you do with Sony, Samsung, etc. Well, I guess I hit the jackpot because overall I have no complaints. I would really love to see this company make a "flagship" model tv because I'm definitely impressed with this one.

picture quality as good as any other brand and roku makes operating the tv so simple and easy. highly recommend the combo of series 6 tcl tvs with roku operating system.

After doing a crazy amount of research on Samsung, LG, Sony, and TCL I decided to trust the millions of reviews on this TCL 6 series. We cut the cord over a year ago and heavily use Vudu, Amazon Prime movies, and Netflix. The Dolby Vision HDR and color pallet on on this thing while streaming is top of class. I have ZERO complaints, this TV has surpassed all my expectations. I am not one to test out new brands, SO glad I did. At only $969.99 on sale it blows ANYTHING away outside of OLED in my opinion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the best deal in TVs right now. The picture is incredible and the interface is a breeze to use. Set up only took a few minutes, and it includes some sample 4K content

Decent picture quality, supports Dolby Vision, but the input/output ports are limited, and they are clogged in right hand side. Bestbuy model does not have voice control.

Was looking at Samsung and LG. Settled on this as rep commented it had better motion for the same price. So far very satisfied with ease of operation and picture

Anyone looking to spend around $1,000 on a 65" TV should heavily consider the TCL 6 series. Full array local dimming provides excellent contrast. Excellent color gamut. Motion rate for the price is average at 240hz, but still provides solid smooth motion. Dolby vision and HDR10 are both supported, HDR is great at the price point. Excellent response time around 12ms which makes this TV a great choice for gaming. Overall extremely happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a great 4K TV at a great price.

The price and quality of this tv are excellent. In a comparison I would give the slight edge to Vizio P-series overall. However this is a very close second and $200 less.

Wonderful colors, decent sound, love the Roku. A real nice buy and I am glad I purchased the TCL. Was waiting for the 2018 LG Oled prices to come down but, no regrets.

I know it's not fair to do a review based on an maybe defective unit, but it is my experience with this tv. First of all picture is OK, panel quality is bad, obviously I didn't win the panel lotto. My screen had visible vignetting in all four corners and visible banding. Colors and picture clarity doesn't overcome this uniformity issues. Second problem was with audio. The audio on this tv is a joke. Tiny sound from the speaker. I have wall mounted the tv. It lacks bass response and it sounds like if the sound comes from aluminum cans. I also had audio issues where I had to be constantly adjusting the volume, because audio tended to vary a lot and speech sounded flat. Third and most annoying problem started a week after purchasing the tv. HDMI inputs started to partially work. I had attache a streaminf device to the tv and for no apparent reason, it started to not detect the streaming device that I had connected on the HDMI port. I had to unplug the streaming device from the TV HDMI port each time I wanted to use it, because the TV will not see it. It's not the streaming device because it works perfectly with other tvs. I thing there is a board issue on this TV. ARC functiongave me problems and I had to manually select the audio format in order that ARC work with me receiver. As mentioned before, it's not fair to do a review on a defective unit, but this is a 2018 model. It should have no so many issues as they should have been patched by now. Any ways, Inordered a replacement since I am in the returning period, but as I'm writing this review, I'm seriously considering replacing it for a completely different tv.

The TV is amazing with picture quality. I do feel that the volume and sound is just ok. The remote always has to be pointed towards the bottom center of the tv for it to work.

I had bought the 55 inch, loved the tv so much I ended up buying the 65 inch as well. Tv has awesome picture and really easy to use apps. Just buy it and you won’t regret it.

Very nice tv for the price. Very sharp and clear picture and amazing HDR and 4k capability. Only a few inconsistencies with certain backgrounds but overall very solid.

This tv has the picture quality and features found on tvs twice its price. It an absolute steal! Unless you want to spend over 3K on a tv this is the best tv for the money!
