This TV has a great picture and wonderful functions with the included ROKU TV apps. HDMI inputs are limited and could not get the Audio Return Channel (ARC) to work with my Sony Receiver. Do not know if this is due to the TV or Receiver.

Purchased this TV to upgrade from a 2015 LG 65UF8600. This TCL outperforms my previous model in every way. The picture is bright, the input lag is very low, and the colors are very vivid on SDR and HDR content. People's biggest complaint is on the "dirty screen effect" and "banding" that varies from panel. My previous LG had that problem which was noticable but didn't hinder my viewing experiences. The TCL I received doesn't have those issues which makes my current viewing experience flawless.

TCL 65 Series 7 has a great picture which can't be beat for twice the money or more. Easy set-up and operation.

I'm stunned at how good this TV is for the price. We picked it up in the Black Friday says for $800. It has superb contrast, the blacks appear really dark, 1080p content upscales really well. The built in Roku system is a bonus. The only criticism would be the slightly weak built-in speakers, I'd recommend buying a sound bar to go with it (we opted for the inexpensive Bose Solo 5). If you want a big 4K screen on a budget then I cannot recommend this TV highly enough.

We bought this TV just in time for the Super Bowl and it was awesome to see the game in that size and vivid color! It was also easy to set up and nice to have all the apps that our five or six year old TV didn't offer anymore. It's even better when you watch blu rays on the big screen with the color though not having a 4HD image for discs or cable is a shortcoming since the cable company still isn't doing that yet.

Love this TV. Picture and colors are amazing. No banding issues which I've heard can happen with this model.

Had this for more then a year and we still love it. Amazing price, amazing features, amazing display. We get alot of compliments on this display. Don't sleep on TCL, they are making great moves on their top tier TV's. As usual with flat screens I would recommend a sound bar or better to take advantage of of the software in the TV, but not required for all set ups.

This is a great tv for those people not wanting to spend a ton of money for a tv. Love the built in roku.

This is my 2nd TCL I’ve bought and it has not disappointed. Picture quality is great, and definitely worth the price of admission. It won’t beat a $1,500 4K screen but gets pretty close. Great for gaming and really good on the movie viewing front too. Have an Apple TV 4K hooked up and it’s awesome to watch Dolby Vision movies on it. If you’re in the market for a budget 4K screen, this one is the one to get.
