TV is great, but service could be better

It was the last TV available at the pickup location. Returned it to a different best buy since it had replacement in stock. It took over an hour for the return and got hassle by Asst Mgr. TV however was great for the price point. Very nice color and sharp image! Time will tell how long it will last. My last TCL 65' 4 series broke right after the one year warranty ended.
