Great TV, horrible remote.

You have to have the remote pointing directly at the right spot. It is very frustrating having to fish around with the remote clicking buttons to find the right angle to get the tv to do something.

You may want to make sure that nothing is in front of the TV blocking the IR sensor. In addition to the remote that comes with the TV, you can download the free Roku app on your smartphone or tablet to use with your TCL Roku TV. By using the app you can use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. In addition, you will also gain access to more settings and Smart features. Hope this helps!

Design makes it difficult to mount

Case design has the lower VESA screws right up against a raised lip and the VESA 300X300 wall mount purchased, the screw holes cannot line up. Will have to purchase a different wall mount before I can use the tv. Poor engineering, more delays...can't wait to see the picture everyone's raving about.
