||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First TV plugged in and it worked great, problem, the screen was scratched. Best Buy replaced it and screen was fine. Plugged it in and it worked fine on cable channel, but Roku streaming channels had no sound. BB told me to contact TCL direct and after multiple phone calls, they told me it was a Roku problem. Called Roku, they said it was TCL’s. That went back & forth, with no solution, I kept fooling around with it and got it to work. Unfortunately it periodically looses sound and I have to play around to get it working again. Seems to be stable now, let’s hope.
