    I purchased the TCL 6 Series 65" from Best Buy and it was delivered promptly and as scheduled. The TV was robust, had great picture, and a fantastic OS (ROKU) but unfortunately it only lasted us a month of a few hours of use a day. After two or three weeks, the wifi connectivity became an issue. It kept dropping and this kept up for about a week before it was resolved. No internet/wifi settings were altered during this time. After a few contacts (about a week) w/ TCL's Customer Service, it was resolved. Immediately afterwards, however, we started getting picture issues... it's exactly as some of the others have said. It started with flickering and distortion, then progressed to the point where it was just a green a white screen, like an old busted Nintendo. TCL promised to call, but did not. Thankfully Best Buy was able to help w/ a refund on this defective TV so we'll consider other options. The TV itself was great while it worked, it was just short lived and it's easy to lose one's trust.
