I loved the picture quality of this tv. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the Best Buy warranty. The display went bad after 7 weeks. After 2 hours on the phone with TCL I now have to wait 7-10 days for a technician to come look at it.

Picture quality is unbeatable at this price range!

The TV is fine, but Roku is WiFi and radio controlled. To include An IR remote with a high end 4K Roku TV is unforgivable and I knocked off two full stars for it. This is their top end version. It deserves a full function remote.

I bought this TV tonight (937pm). I brought it hone to watch second half of Rams vs 49ers. Set-up was painful. Eventually got it going to see black patches all over the screen. I hoped it was a setting I had missed. Turns out these TVs are notorious for it. Not happy - no small undertaking to get this back to the store. It sounds like these are hit or miss. I clearly missed....

I purchased the 65 inch 615 yesterday and we are absolutely loving it so far! As with all newer TV's the sound is just ok, but we have a Vizio soundbar anyway. Will update with any issues...

I have been a big fan of the TCL Roku TV's for some time now. This is the third one that I have purchased, all for different rooms of the house. The Roku being built in frees up an HDMI, has great apps for the kids and, all the other bells and whistles are great for the money.

I wanted this camera to video my family get togethers. Holidays, birthday parties and other family occasions. So far it has been great video. Audio not as good. I bought shotgun mic to pick up the voices . Video of Eclipse of moon was awesome. Panasonic is a great camera.

First I would like to thank the young gentlemen who delivered my tv. They were truly professionals and are a plus for Best Buy. The tv is truly wonderful for all the features it has for the price. Although I have not had the tv for that long I'am quite please with my purchase.

This television was an excellent deal for the price I paid. Crystal clear 4k display, easy to set up, and nice smart features. Movies look so realistic that it's like I'm watching someone in my yard through the front window. Would absolutely recommend this thing.

I like Roku Smart TVs. The Live TV free channel line up is the hidden gem. Channels from all over the world, old stuff for nostalgic buffs and seamless connection to local channels with an antenna. No need for cable.

I've just had this TV for about a month but have enjoyed everything about it. Picture is fine, setup was easy (my first experience with a Roku device) and the value (on sale at Best Buy) is hard to beat. Looking forward to many years of use of this 4K device

This TV was a great experience in home theater viewing. The Roku experience has been a great addition, which only enriched the viewing journey. For better sound you will need to add an AVR, or sound bar. I expect to enjoy this TV for awhile.

Excellent quality for the price. Found out the legs can be assembled inverted. Didn’t fit on the stand so mgr did some research and discovered they would go on inverted so it does fit on stand I bought

TCL is not as well know as Sony, Samsung or LG. But CNET rated the 6 series as a best buy, and if you understand what is important, you know why. To get 120 zone back lit LCD, and Dolby Vision from the big names you pay 3 times as much or more!

The Tv meets and exceeds what I thought. I really like the shut of function. It gives a count down so if it was an accident where you pressed the wrong button then you can stop it before the TV turns off. Great especially around the grands.

I’ve had the tv for two months now and it’s been great. I hear there are better quality TVs out there with better picture but when it comes to price, I didn’t find it worth the extra hundred bucks for a few better pixels

I’ve heard that there is an unusually large percentage of bad panels. But this quality for the price made it worth the risk of a drive back to Best Buy. A few weeks in and still no problems!

Finally upgraded from my 2011 Insignia 55 inch. Light years better as you might think, lol. I never cared for 4k movies until watching Avenger's Infinity War. Can never go back. Almost bough the series 4, glad I stepped up to the 6.

An excellent budget tv with tons of features and a great panel. Only problem is the Google Play TV and Movies Roku TV app doesn't support 4k playback, so be sure to grab a Chromecast Ultra if you have movies through there.

I didn’t open it yet. Waiting for the whole upstairs and bar construction to be finished. I don’t want any dust to get into it. The deal for the tv wouldn’t last till the remodel was finished. I hope it’s excellent when up.
