    For some reason, when the picture went from light to dark, there would be a clicking noise, like the power supply wasn't operating properly. Exchanged it for another and had the same issue. Ended up going with a 65" Sony XBR X900F. Very happy with the picture, not so much with the remote.

    This is a great cheap tv, but still is a cheap tv. I ended up returning it and added a few hundred and got a samsung nu8000

    IR remote sensor on tv doesn’t work after 18 months. In just over a year of use, the backlight is giving out and causing major bleed. Dimming zones are very apparent and you see splotches over everything and the TV is essentially dying. Terrible purchase as this TCL series lasted about a year and now I’m stuck with a paperweight. Avoid!

    You can't get a better TV for what I paid. It has everything and then some, plus the perfect size. I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase.

    At the discounted price, there cannot be a better tv on the market. It may have taken me 5 minutes to remove the tv from box, mount the legs, and begin streaming.

    Love Roku tv, and this one is great and will not break the bank only reservation is the small remote, no numbers to plug to go directly to a channel

    Very happy with this one. Replaced a Sony 60" which died after only a couple of years. Hopefully this one lasts a lot longer.

    I got this due to the good expert reviews, the picture was nice, but it got those white and green lines all over the screen as some have mentioned in their reviews. It was ok after being reset, but since was still in the return to store no questions ask time, I returned it and bought a different brand.

    Too fragile!

    TV worked great, but we had to move it. In doing this, screen cracked! Now we cannot seem to even find out if the extra coverage we purchased when we bought TV covers this damage. So no TV, and still not able to reach Geek Squad. We know that the circumstances during this pandemic make it hard to get in contact with them, but what can we do?

    Was enjoying this tv for about the 3rd week now. I WAS happy with my purchase until now. Like the other guy with the really bad review, I now have green and white lines and I'm waiting on repair and/or replacement. Sucks that I got it mounted, all set up and all the free trials and now I can't even watch until they come out to look at it. After that, we will see...

    The picture quality/settings are no where near as good as our 75in Samsung 8 series in the living room. But than again it cost half the price.

    The brightness and clarity is no where close to my 3 year old Samsung 75", but still a great image for less than a $1000. And ROKU is the best!

    I thought the picture for the price was fine, however the uniformity issues were just aweful. It made sports borderline unwatchable for me. Had to return it and went for the Sony X900F instead. It is worth the extra $, trust me!

    This is on of the top 4k displays at 65 inch that you can get under $1,000. Only grief is that best buy doesnt carry the model with voice control.

    Picture is great for the money. BUT... Anything piece of equipment plugged into this TV thru HDMI ports has a severe audio lag. It is UNWATCHABLE. Cable Box...unwatchable. Amazon Firestick...unwatchable. Tried Roku and TCL Tech Support. Even though this apparently is a known issue allover online, they acted like it has something to do w/ my power outlets, then told me to return the TV. Great idea...who's going to pay for the money I already spent getting someone to mount this? Who's going to pay to have it taken down and then a new TV mounted? Look around the web for "TCL65R615 Audio Delay." This is very common and there is no fix.

    It got delivered on time. We were able to put it up on tv stand and connect it without any issue. TCL is a good brand to stick to.
