Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Great Picture, Roku controls TV

My frustration has been that the only way to use it is through the Roku app. As someone used to wiring my stereo and home wired network, the limitations of the "Smart" TV surprised me. I am learning to deal with it, but it would be nice if there was a Roku bypass to use it simply as a TV.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi or Ethernet, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV. Hope this helps!

Screen flickers and goes completely black

The screen just started flickering and goes black and then flickers back on after a while or I press a button on the remote. They other reason why I would never buy a 65 inch tv again is the issue with moving this beast. Its really difficult and I have a truck. I wouldn't recommend buying this. Its cheap and looks nice at the store and has good reviews on youtube etc., but in foresight its hard to move and the screen flickers after 20 days of use. Obviously cheap products have cheap components and will probably break sooner than later. My 36 " Samsung was top of the line and I have had no issues with it for 4 years now.
