    Loved the previous model.. this tv had so many problems.. I’ll start with pros: bright screen. This makes colors Pop more, especially HDR content.. Cons: bad screen uniformity. Had to return twice and I settled for a Vizio quantum

    Bought the 65R615 on May 24 and absolutely LOVED it! Blackest blacks just shy of oled levels and a really stunning picture quality. Sadly, on June 20, the backlight went out on my set. Best Buy only has a 15 day window for returns/exchanges, so I called TCL for warranty repair. In their defense, a tech came out to do an on-site repair within 8 days. Sadly, TCL had only sent the tech one board to swap and it did not fix the problem. I told TCL on the phone multiple times that it was the backlight. What's the solution, you may ask? Swap out the whole TV. Now I am nervous because the set I have had no vertical banding or dirty screen effect. Plus, I'm out my new TV for nearly three weeks. I like the TV enough to recommend it, but maybe TCL should send the field techs a kit with ALL the boards for the TV. They can send back the unused boards. My TV would be running now if that we're put into practice. And it IS a very beautiful TV!

    DEAD AFTER TWO YEARS. Saw only moderate use. Speakers buzzed from day one. Dirty screen effect visible on panning shots with solid colors. I have never had a tv fail in my life. I have 25 year old CRT TVs that work perfectly!

    DO NOT BUY THIS - ALREADY BROKE

    My TV is only 3 months old and now there is a white line running right across it. While this is clearly a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer refuses to help. Buy a name brand. I may have saved money on the initial purchase but now I'm out all that money and stuck with a broken TV.

There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access advanced picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, advanced picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

    TV is only one year old and already failing

    We bought this TV one year and a few weeks ago. It already has signs of "burn out" on the screen. We never pause the tv and turn if off when not being watched. Much to our dismay, after only one year, the screen has brown spots in FOUR different spots on the screen. We are NOT happy!!

    Brand new with bad LED

    Bought new ,set up wall for it by moving power and running cords through wall for floating tv.. unpacked connected all wires and mounted on wall turned on and had dead LED zone. Returned

    7 months later all systems are not go

    Purchased this TV back in Dec 2019, and today it is stone dead, no rhyme or reason why. Hoping by some miracle it can be fixed, was hesitant in purchasing this TV but I figured I would give it the benefit of the doubt. We shall see what the outcome is.

    dark streaks?

    Initially I was very satisfied with my purchase , but after 3 months of very light use the screen developed dark streaks that are very annoying and the picture is no longer attractive ... definitely would never purchase brand again

    Had to take back 12 hours later. Watched shows for maybe an hour and turned off for the night. Next morning, turned in and had horrible black streaks running through the screen. Bought a Samsung Q70R instead.

    I have not even had this TV a year and there are burn marks on every corner and down the sides of the tv -- its ridiculous - of course now we are quarantine so who knows how long before I can get this fixed or replaced.

    Not much more to say. Uniformity is so bad you can see the fald grid while watching it. Makes it unbearable to watch anything. 3rd n that has this same problem. No quality control. Wouldn't take another one for free.

    Wouldn't recommend, picture quality is less than... I received this TV with what I thought to be a dirt spot on the screen. I was told to wipe off my screen and months later the smudge is still there.

    Incredible TV for the price

    I purchased this TV in June and have had it for about a month. I purchased it at Best Buy for several reasons: free takeaway of old TV (which was a 270lb tube hdtv), wide selection, and excellent customer service. I did a lot of research prior to making this decision and came to the conclusion that the TCL 6 Series was the best bang for the buck. Since these are very popular tv's, they weren't available for display. I did check out the LG OLED and Samsung QLED models that were on display and the pictures were incredible. At $3000, it was way out of my price range so I wanted to find a television which came close without breaking the bank. Best Buy delivered the tv when promised and set it up (5 minutes max). It took 2 guys to haul away the old television and they were very professional. Once I went through the menus on the TV to set up, everything worked flawlessly. I didn't experience any of the banding or lighting issues that some other people have experienced and since I've owned the tv for about a month, no issues have occurred. The picture quality is not OLED or QLED but it is extremely good. The blacks are very dark and the details you can make out in many scenes is amazing. I am extremely impressed by the quality of this tv as well as features offered via ROKU. Another great feature of this television is that the legs can be inverted so that it will fit on my tv stand. It is only 52" long and the tv fits perfectly with the legs in the inverted position. This past weekend, Best Buy had the TV on sale for $872.99. I paid $969.99 for it and contacted Best Buy for a price match of the sale price. Since I purchased the TV less than a month ago, Best Buy credited the difference as well as provide a discount for the 5 year geek squad protection I purchased. My total savings was approx. $135 (including tax). That says a lot about their customer service which is most appreciated as compared to shopping with online retailers. I also purchased a Samsung 3.1 soundbar with the wireless subwoofer which was very easy to set up with the tv. Everything is working flawlessly and the 4K content is amazing (via Directv). It's unbelievable to watch baseball (when televised) in 4K and it's almost as if you're in the stadium. I've always purchased known names for electronics but based upon my experience with TCL, they won't be unknown much longer.

    Great TV for the money. But....

    I bought two TCL TV’s. A 55 inch and a 65 inch. Both stopped working within three months and my 65inch TV had the circuit board inside catch fire. Both TV’s are not made to last and this is my last time buying one.

    Was great until it wasn't. Dark blemishes on the screen and it's less than 2 two years old. TCL wouldn't do anything about it, basically told me to go poop in my hat.
