Had tvs from across the price spectrum. This TV is great value and has all the features I need. Roku built-in is a huge plus! Sound is okay, but don't expect home theater. I can hear voices clearly, and enough bass to not make me immediately install a Soundbar. Picture quality is decent, and above the competition at this price point. Go to the store and compare + read online reviews. Overall pleased with the purchase. Good luck!

Great picture, great refresh rate and amazing colors. This tv fits the bill for any home theater.

Great picture. The roku remote will only control the sound using HDMI Arc. But it often seems to disconnect.

We've used this TV for everything from video gaming to streaming YouTube and Funimation (nice that it has a built in Roku!), to attending virtual conferences. This last use was unexpected, but after trying to see virtual posters with illegibly small text on my monitor, plugging my computer into this TV became the standard for conference attendance and has made the tedium of virtual conferences actually comfortable.

Excellent picture quality for the price. The roku platform is very easy and user friendly.

Love this TV, spent months researching on which to get and this one was consistently at the top of the list for both picture quality and gaming performance. I have zero complaints and it looks just as good as it did when I mounted it on my wall 3 years ago. Love the fast Roku OS as well!

ATT Best Buy Corp. Salesman Jury T. at the Springfield IL. store is the reason for this Letter. I have visited the Springfield store several times to buy Speakers, Washer & Dryer and a 65 inch Tv from Jury, This Saleman needs a raise imo! Our whole family shops at Best Buy and we were sitting there over Xmas eating, My uncle Had just bought a new Samsung 65inch TV, We started talking and both my father and both Uncles described & know salesman Jury and have also had great Service from him as well at our Spfld. Magnolia Center. What are the odds of that? I went back to Best Buy over Xmas Eve and Jury was there, he helped find me a 4k movie and we sat back and listened to the New B&W speakers, I told him my family all appreciate him and his excellent knowledge and Service, He looked at me and said "I love my job it was my Pressure" What a class act! As I was about to leave with my daughter I went to him and told him thanks again, Jury gave me a elbow bump and a air hug, I got home and told my wife where I have been. She figured Jury was working because I was gone so long! Jury deserves a raise and at very least a nice Xmas Bonus! Me and my whole Family all agree that Jury will succeed at anything or anywhere he decides to work. Best Buy is lucky to have him working at the Springfield Store..Thanks Jury T. This is a nice 65" 4K TV. We did a side-to-side comparison against a VIZIO 70" 4K TV and the TCL won by a large margin. The color is vibrant but not overly saturated. Very pleasing to look at. The response time is good for watching TV/Streaming. Roku interface is OK, nothing to rave about. The one problem we ran into is that our old Chrome Cast won't work with the HDMI ports. This is not a big problem as the TV itself supports Chrome Cast directly.
