It’s the best smart tv I’ve ever purchased and I’m always getting compliments on the vivid colors on the screen of the tv. This is a must have Smart TV!!

I want to love it

I love the Roku operating system and remote including the smartphone app for Roku products. I also love the colors and size and speed this tv performs at. I do not like the 3 dark spots on the bottom of the tv that I can only guess are dead backlights or dead LEDs? I noticed them on day two of ownership. The tv is big, so returning will be a hassle and only a couple BestBuy locations have the tv in stock. I'm debating just living with the dots to avoid the reboxing and transportation of the tv, but I shouldn't have to live with it. Will probably return it and hope the next is better.
