It’s a risk to buy budget brand TVs

However, in less than a month of usage there was a lot of software glitches like exiting me out randomly and blurriness while streaming that was not due to slow WiFi, while using apps like Netflix and Disney + especially. Ending up retuning.

The new TV went in the Den and we moved the smaller one to the bedroom(also purchased from you)Unfortunately I wanted an in wall installation on the one moved and they did not have the materials. I had to go purchase and by that time installation was cancelled due to Covid19. Waiting when you resume.

TCL not worth it

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
