Read the box and install with a buddy. This is a buddy system TV, very heavy and awkwardly large. Be careful not to hit ceiling fan when removing from box. The dark colors are really dark.

Don't get me wrong the TV is great and it's a 5 stars. It's the credit side of Best Buy. I was given 18 or 24 months to pay off the tv. I was way ahead in my payments but one of the last payments was a few days late. Even though I was way ahead in my payments they charged me interest/penalty. I closed the account, and I now buy from Amazon or Walmart. I think the credit side is sleazy, which I know is not Best Buy, but with all this competition I would rather deal with a company that works for my business. Good Buy Best Buy.

Good smart tv, unfortunately once the Tv was hooked up we saw that there was something wrong with the screen. The colors were off. But the store replaced it was just a hassle to have to switch out TVs twice

Would purchase the product again. Delivery was in the time we arranged. The picture clarity is excellent as well as the truest color .The sound could be better I would recommend this television!!

while I could have spent another 1600 to get the LG oled, the difference in airty was simply not worth it. Add i. The Roku tv portion and this is top buy. I highly recommend it.

I bought the first one open box and it was broken and it didn't come with a power cord I return it and I got a new one for the same price great deal

Had an old series 4 which was pretty good. This series 6 is another world. Even old shows have better resolution on this set. Don't think you can top the value of this one!

In a word, fantastic. No real issues, unlike the previous models. QLED's are great, backlighting is consistent, colors are bright and vibrant. Roku OS is awesome.

We purchased this tv after reading reviews for quite some time. It took my husband forever to settle. The tv arrived and worked great initially! Two weeks in and the edge lighting is shining through on the shows we are watching but we unfortunately had only a two week return date so it is no longer returnable. In other words, this tv works great unless you get a defective one that you wasted money on and are stuck with :(

If looking for a tv to cut the cord this is the one. Apps need to watch movies, live sports, live tv and Netflix are here. Just be sure to have strong wifi signal.

For the most part, the TCL is great. We bought three of them and this one works great! The 65" series 8 gave us a problem when the CPU board fried.

Every thing is great with this tv. I got a new box from Comcast WIFI it was hard for me to set I had to call TCL for help, now its wonderful with 4k.

Not only does this TV do the job of more expensive ones but it also uses the best smart navigation platform by Roku. Simple setup and remote layout as well.

Native refresh rate is 60hz. This is the 2019 version r625. The 2020 r635 has 120hz. Get that instead.

TV has a very nice display and the Roku built-in makes it easy to add all of our streaming apps. Very bright and vibrant colors.

Great tv, starts off a little weird but once you find the settings that accommodate your liking you'll fall in love with it.

This tv is the best. I'm tempted to eat it because I enjoy eating and I enjoy the tv. I will update my review after a small nibble.

I was expecting a little more from this tv after doing a lot of research. It's definitely a good tv for the price but the HDR isn't as bright as I hoped.
