Great Roku QLED TV

Great for dolby vision, sloppy in every other way

Very strange and have never seen that on another led tv. My friend purchased the tv as well and his didnt have that issue but it did have the backlight bleeding problem that TCLs are notorious for.

My preference up till now has been Samsung. Watching this television from different angles leaves something to be desired. Colors not vivid enough for my taste, but when sitting directly in front of TV picture is acceptable. When first turning TV on takes some time to connect to WIFI. Overall my analysis is you get what you pay for.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Love the picture and the menus

It was a software issue but they couldn’t fix it, but I really liked the menu systems and the convenience of everything in one package. If the buffering issue could have been fixed I would have kept it. I guess I was just not patient to wait for a solution so I returned it. It may have been a one-off problem.
