TCL has a 1 year manufacturing warranty so I’m sending it back, but it makes me wonder how long the tv will last.

Terrible Picture Quality

Almost immediately I wasn’t impressed and regretted my purchase. Online reviews from multiple reputable sources recommended this smart TV as the way to go for budget shoppers, boasting in part about the good picture quality. I, however, think the picture quality sucks. The black is very splotchy and the edges aren’t sharp. I’ve played around with settings and can’t seem to get it perfect. I will never buy another TCL TV and if I had to do it over, I’d purchase a Samsung. My other two TVs are both Samsung and they are far superior.

Poor Quality Product

Picture looked good and had great 4k images. After 1.5 years, it unfortunately dumped out on me and was told by Geek Squad it was unrepairable due to the way TCL makes there TVs. There were some other small issues that were an annoyance but beyond the most frustrating thing was the longevity of the brand. I gave TCL a try but will not buy another due to that.

Good TV for the Money

Returned for bad HDMI connection

Will never buy another TCL products

For audio, this TV (and any newer TCL Roku TVs lake many sound options that are pretty standard for most other TVs. The most glaring is the ability to normalize (level) your audio so one part of whatever you are viewing is not obscenely louder or quieter than anything else. This is especially obvious when watching something from the Roku apps. And the odd thing is that older models have this option. Don't trust sales people!

I wanted.a.2020 model and it not on display so the sales person told me he could order it. Went I received it it was a 2019. A major disappointment! I later found out that the tv I wanted had not been released. I am now stuck with a tv that does not have the features I wanted.

Cheap construction - no help from the Geeks!

Geek squad refused to give an estimate to repair unless I joined / subscribed to a $200.00 club/membership!!!?? If they had given me the estimate, I would have made a claim on my credit card and turned around and bought a more expensive tv from Best Buy. Now I'll shop on Amazon. Just doesn't make any sense. Bye bye Best Buy.

VERY BAD SERVICE

Called marlborough mass. and california was the one that kept answering.I was told my item was picked up a couple of times. Very hard to verify that it was not.I did not want to go to store and find it had ben picked up. Because the trip to the store was over two hundred miles one way I wanted to be sure it was there very hard to do when know one will answer the phone! Another thing you can't get shipping that's crazy! also I never got a receipt apon pick up and all items were not in the package Ipicked up

Good on paper but lacks longevity

Not a good TV.
