Roku is great, TCL great picture
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm picture quality reveiwer, just a normal person. So to my eyes, this screen is really beautiful - absolutely the best I've ever had. I can't notice any off-angle loss from "my chair" which happens to be 45 degrees off angle. My screen didn't come with any defects which I'm thrilled about. Roku is the best tv user interface I've come across yet. Being able to program my cell phone to control the tv is really cool. I suggest mounting the tv. We had one of those ground cabinets with the pole in back which works great. A couple weeks in and I'm super happy with this purchase.

Best TV value in its class
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has been a great buy. The picture is really nice for this price point and the features are also ahead of it's class. Great for gaming it also has Roku built in which happens to be my platform of choice. TCL should not be overlooked when making your decision.

Excellent value for its price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did thorough research and kept landing on this model. For ages, I was allergic to brands like TCL, but came to realize they're probably the best in this range these days. This was replacing a 4k 55" 2017 Samsung LED that was considered budget. I honestly had very low expectations and didn't expect a noticeable difference in picture quality. I was pretty shocked to see colors pop out like I wasn't used to and the contrast is excellent in comparison. It blows my other set away, which completely surprised me. However, one thing that annoys me is if you don't keep the set connected to the internet, the light below the screen blinks non-stop. I have my TV connected to my media center PC, so I don't need the smart functions and don't care for my main screen being data-mined. That's a huge con for me, but many won't care and rely on the smart functions. Overall, it's a decent set. Very happy with this purchase. I don't think I'll feel embarrassed to have TCL in my living room after this.

Nice for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good, Has Roku! We connected to WiFi and there are lots of free streaming movies and shows. Set up was easy. Helps to clear a large area so the tv can be placed flat so the legs can be attached and two people to lift it into place. Let's just hope it lasts a long time!

Best TV For the Money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new QLED TCL TV has been the best TV I have ever owned. If you don't want to shell out insane amounts of cash for an OLED TV, this is the best product you can get. I'd recommend this over any Samsung QLED TV, simply due to the ease of the Roku TV and the better picture quality.

Cord cutters top pick!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV overall with lots of features and superb picture quality for the price. Excellent TV for cord cutters with built in Roku. A better remote with input and # pad buttons would solve my dislikes. Also, I miss TVs 50"+ not having PIP or split screen capabilities anymore.

Roku interface works great. Love the picture quality. You will be hard pressed to find a better product anywhere close to this in the price range. Would definitely buy another one if I had the need.

Great picture quality, easy to setup!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We came to Best Buy looking for a TCL LED but then discovered the new QLED model now available. Since we mounted the tv over our fireplace, we wanted to make sure the viewing angle would not impact picture clarity. Great thing here is that QLED can be viewed from any angle without issue. So far, so good. Love the advanced picture settings to allow for the best possible sports picture quality

The new TCL 6 65 inch is now even better
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Last year TCL 6 was rated the best TV for the money. It is now an even better TV with its QLED screen. What a tremendous value! Our son who had just purchased a new LG TV was exclaiming that he doesn't know why he spent so much when he could have bought the new TCL.

Like seeing things for the first time
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing TV for the price. We were looking to upgrade our living room TV from a tiny tiny tiny 32" hence, doubling size was going to be impressive but, as a geek, it had to go the extra mile. TBH I had bought a TCL 55" TV for my office but it was only meh, its colors a bit lacking and it's blacked more like gray, but I saw the TCL 65 in a store and, unlike what I bought for the office, this looked really good. Once mounted on our living room, hooked up to our 5:1 surround speaker system, a Pixar movie (Inside Out) was simply BLOWN away. In fact, every single movie we've seen before we found in glorious 4K we hadn't really "seen," only until you watch things in 4K do you see anything. Truly an amazing television and an amazing experience at the $500-range price, you cannot lose!

Excellent bang for your buck
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the money it's hard to top this set. The Roku interface is very snappy and supports loads of apps. I like how TCL supports their TV's, for example in the spring it will be receiving an update that enable VRR support and eARC. Would be 5 stars if it was a 120hz panel. Strong recommend

great tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great picture ,great color. best i have owned. Beware giving ROKU your credit card number, remove as soon as tv is setup or you may find charges for a year of premium streaming service you do not remember requesting and no way to get your money back.

Great picture and user interface
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted a TV that worked well with Sonos ARC. This TLC is Dolby Atmos capable at much less cost than other TV's in the segment. Great picture and sound. Love the built in ROKU. Just had it calibrated this week. Very happy with the purchase.

Great Upgrade for my Samsung!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a Samsung Smart TV that isn’t really that old that apparently the manufacturer doesn’t think updating the “smart” part of it is that important. I like the TCL as it has a great picture, standard ROKU interface and is much easier to operate for all.

Great tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love this tv. Great picture and very good with motion in my opinion. We use tv for sports, movies, streaming and gaming. Very sturdy on feet; however, feet are at end of tv so make sure the console is large enough to support tv

Still a good value buy
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good value if you are able to get a quality panel. I'm not an A/V guru or anything, but based on common complaints around the internet, the largest issue seems to quality control. Check out the TV when you receive it to ensure that there's nothing weird going on with the screen, and you should be good to go. I did get the Geek Squad plan, just in case. This purchase replaced a 2012 floor-model 55" Samsung 7-Series. The TCL is a lot beefier than that Samsung was; you'd think the Samsung was an OLED in comparison. The TCL's VESA mount is a little lower on the TV, and with the inputs and guts on the bottom, my previous TV mount doesn't properly hold the TV. While my mount can handle the size/weight, it's just so bottom heavy that it hangs at a poor angle from the wall. Still a solid value and nothing wrong with picture quality.

It's been a month and we love it so far!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture and sound (though we did get a sound bar because there was one on too good of a sale not to try). Easy to use! Auto turn off so we don't have to worry about picture burn. Would highly recommend for a good TV under $1000.

The detail is amazing!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this TV. Upgraded from an older 1080 Insignia to this. 1. 4K on Disney plus still has us saying “wow look at that screen” a few months later 2. The image options are easy to change 3. Video games pop on it. The colors are incredible 4. Roku TV is great. Can switch from Netflix to YouTube to antenna to video games super quick and zero effort 5. 65” screen definitely better than 55” 6. Upscale for regular Blu-ray movies make them look even better than before I you want a great TV that will do what you want without spending like crazy get this one
