Excellent TV for the price, we are enjoying it so far.

TV itself is fine, but be careful as the HDMI ports are loose and might break off into the TV itself.

I've got a 55" and 65" of this model. The picture quality is amazing for the price, it won't disappoint you on that end. HDMI 2.1 is also nice for my xbox series X and PS5. I don't use the user interface so I don't have all the issues everyone else has. I do notice a little studder every once and awhile which annoyes me and I wish the remote was designed different. For me there are more pros than cons for this tv.

Purchased this TV because of the 120hz and beautiful picture. Not sure where the other comments are coming from regarding the software. This has been recently updated and the Google interface is flawless. Best TV ive owned.

Great picture quality, options and features and was a big step up from my previous Samsung TV that is about 4 years old. My problem with the tv is like what most people have said about this tv before, the tv software is trash. If I cast anything to the tv from sling it runs super slow. The tv also does not recognize the inputs for other devises that I plug in including the Roku ultra I bought to bypass the software issues. the TV on multiple occasions has made the games I'm playing run super slow, I'm talking maybe 20 frames after running at 120 for the majority of play time. Yes all my settings are correct, my internet is fine and the HDMI cord is new. The point is I shouldn't have the reset my tv so constantly to fix some of these problems, or have to use multiple remotes. I want to love this TV, but if Im spending this much money, I should be getting a better experience. I will be returning the tv and paying more for a tv that works.

I really wanted to like this TV, but had to return it for a variety of issues. Now, some of them may be due to me receiving a faulty unit, but there are others that made me weary of owning it long term. The TV does indeed look good with great blacks and does get really bright. The problem comes in the software and perhaps the processing power. My unit began to flicker on day 2 when watching regular TV (image artifacts would continuously flash on the screen). Now, I know that the issue was not my Tivo box as it worked great with the previous TV, and is working great now with the TV that I purchased to replaced this one. Then the streaming apps started acting up, with Netflix shows streaming with a green tint. After the green tint issue the TV just randomly shut down and wouldn't turn on. I had to unplug the TV and plug it again to get it to turn back on. After the "reboot" the flickering issues remained. I will point out that upon experiencing the image issues I replaced all cables and tried to troubleshoot to no avail. On the software/OS side, I will say that from the beginning the Google TV operating system felt incredibly sluggish and slow. Initial setup took way longer than all of my other TVs that also runs Google TV or Android TV. I believe that the just TV doesn't have enough processing power to run the Google software and image processing. Overall, I just didn't feel confident about getting this TV again even if the image and software issues I experienced were the result of a faulty unit.

Everything work great. Just need to update software.

Pros: - Beautiful 4k resolution at 65''inch. - Great visual detail and delivery - Google/Android interface with plenty of applications and more available to download if needed. My family has really liked the home application layout and style. - Amazing sound quality along with EQ adjustments options if you need to adjust a frequency. - Quick menu/settings access for any input changes or picture settings. Cons: - From time to time, an application may freeze or not load. You will need to restart / force quit an app every now and then. (still rare tho) - TV pauses sometimes or has trouble loading a video? It could be a Wifi limitation. (nothing terrible tho, just got to turn it off and on again simply.) - Brightness setting changes can be strange when watching a "Dolby Visual" movie. (there is limited picture adjustments such as brightness.)

Got it on sale for 699. At that price no other tv can compete. Brightess is usually set at its lowest level. Anything above 40 is absolutely blinding. Android tv is great. Remote is cheap but functional. The tv itsel looks nice with its small bezels and brushed stainless steel trim at the bottom.

Great tv for the value. All the apps are great all you need is internet. It has hundreds of free channels and apps to watch movies and shows

What a TV! The picture quality is as close as you can get to OLED without the pice of OLED. The Xbox series X looks stunning on this tv. It plays at 120 frames per second(fps) without any issues. This is the tv you will want for next gen consoles.

The picture quality is amazing. The software and functionality is trash. Multiple apps just won't work until you reboot the TV, and sometimes reboot it again!!!??? Sometimes xbox over HDMI just won't transmit sound until you reboot the TV once or twice! Wait and see if TCL updates the software to a non Alpha version or consider getting a TV that you don't have to spend 15 minutes trying to launch netflix or use your gaming system.

Great picture but the hdr doesn’t work with my Xbox series x. It randomly goes black

Bought this tv 18 months ago and haven't had any issues to this day. Works for gaming and for watching tv. Paired it with a Vizio sound system and can't beat the audio.

Great product! Happy with the tv I don't love the Google interface, but it works fine.

Awesome Tv. Great picture! Just a note first TV had a bad ARC HDMI. Best buy came though! They came and picked up bad one and replaced it with a new one for free. Oustanding service. Thanks

Good , but sometimes it’s flickering . And Dolby Atmos is not working
