    Excellent TV and picture quality. I am totally impressed, was going to get the Sony Bravia, but did not want to spend a lot of money, so I bought the TCL and was not disappointed. After watching Avatar on this TV, I couldn't believe how beautiful the colors were, my mouth literally dropped opened. Satisfied Customer.

    Right of the box, this TV has plenty of issues. Every app is slow and lags, including the home dashboard. Apps randomly close themselves, sometimes the screen will display intense pixelated images before displaying the content correctly. The TV is not connected to a power strip, and always hard wired to my modem. The TV often takes between 5-10 seconds before responding to me adjusting the volume. The volume sometimes displays for up to two minutes after adjusting the volume. The biggest hiccup is that when I attempt to use the TV, it will frequently blink on and display a dark blank screen for 1-2 seconds before the screen blinks completely off. The weird thing is that the TV isn’t off, it will still respond to the remote. The built in Google Voice will respond as well. The only way to resolve this issue is hard resetting the TV. This issue also randomly occurs when using the TV. It’s a shame because the picture quality and clarity are amazing. The Google TV option is great because it includes a lot more picture setting options as well. Honestly though, at this point I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this TV until the issues have been resolved. I bought the TV on 00/24/21. I waited a while to write a review because I hoped there’d be some sort of software update to resolve the issues but so far there hasn’t been. I’m in the middle of a back and forth email chain with TCL Suppport, and hope all goes well. I don’t want my money back, I just want a working 65” TCL Series 6 TV. I assume the TV wasn’t handled properly during the shipping process but who knows.

    Decent TV, but major buggy software issues still with latest “update”. TV freezes quite a lot, with the only fix is a hard restart. Same thing with random WiFi disconnects, it’s not my router. Going into the the menu and hitting restart or pulling power fixes it. For a while. Pretty frustrating. If they could fix the software I’d be happy.

    If you're looking for a 4k 120hz tv this is it. It has 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, as well as 2 hdmi 2.0 ports. The image quality is amazing and playing video games on this is a dream. If you have a PS5, Xbox Series X/S or a high end pc this tv is amazing

    I did a lot of research and this TV is highly rated and competes with much more expensive TV's. Just a great TV I love the look of it even turned off. Was easy to set up. Super bright image I might have to turn down the brightness. If there was a negative it's probably common across every brand but the remote is just minimal. If you're on the fence don't think twice buy this Television.

    Great TV for the price. Can't recommend TCL lower than 6 series but I will say dollar for dollar brings excellent value compared to Samsung or Sony. Do I prefer the Roku OS over Google? Yes, Is there some compatibility issues with some universal remotes currently? Yes, but the overall quality of the TV with the recent updates is by far worth those small inconveniences.

    Great picture quality. I wish I would have bought the Roku smart TV option due to not all apps. being available for the smart TV option. I have to keep my external Roku plugged in for apps. that are not Google supported; however, this has nothing to do with the quality and the picture. High recommend the TV just don't get Google TV is you have Spectrum Cable.

    Best large tv we have ever had, the picture quality is amazing. Only downside is that we had to get a Roku stick because we didn't like that it was a google tv.

    Great picture, but mine arrived with many physical imperfections/damage in the back of the TV and the operating system is abysmal. Constant crashing of apps, and TV has to be frequently restarted. Can't even watch anything Dolby on HBO max due to a known issue with the TV with no confirmed date for fix. Can be a great TV if you get a good panel and use something else for streaming.

    Great picture but freezes and then nothing

    Picture is super nice. BUT it keeps freezing and then the screen goes blank. The tv is also fully updated. Have to then unplug and replug the tv back in and it works again for a while. The freezing up is random and in multiple different apps. Will have to take it back i am guessing if there is not a fix very soon.

    TV has an excellent picture and no issues with the Google OS. Now the bad part. After the third day while watching the news via cable, the screen went black but the audio still played. Yesterday while watching HBOMax through the onboard app, it did the same thing. Only resolution was to unplug the tv for a minute or so, plug it back in and start it again. Unfortunately the tv will have to go back for something with better quality control.

    After doing extensive research online for the best tv I could get for as little money as possible…. this 6 series is it. Colors, sharpness and blacks are real good. And the google tv software just makes everything easy to use….you can turn it on and off with voice, etc

    Bought on 11/23 as an open box satisfactory unit but was brand new in a sealed box when I picked it up. On 12/31, I tried turning it on but the screen is completely black. Tried all the troubleshooting tricks but still doesn't work. Great TV for the price with all the features but I'm completely surprised that the screen died within 6 weeks

    Great tv for gaming. Tried playing PS5, Switch and Stadia - all very smooth. Picture is awesome, much better than the Samsung TV I bought last year. Software is fine, received an update this morning, can't really tell the difference. Primarily use this for gaming. I did notice a mic at the center bottom of the tv, haven't used it yet.

    great picture super clear where som bugs bunch of time could not turn on would have to unplug and plug pack in .have to return was trying to get intouch with tcl. everytime sombody will call u back but never does .ende up no tv for 2 months now because of tcl and bestbuy feels like harrasment im conected to a machine for 16 hours a day not fun without tv cant get no help tranfered 999999999time or more redicolious
