Great deal, easy to navigate the Google system. I was hesitant to purchase this tv after reading about the software issues of the past, but I had no issues with downloading the software required and I have not had any of the lags that other reviews have mentioned so far.

Trash product. Bought 1 month ago but only been used maybe 15 hours do to holiday travels. Already had to replace the motherboard which the TCL repairman blamed on a power surge (that we haven’t had). It worked for a day and now the TV can’t make it through a movie without developing an error that requires a hard factory reset to clear. I’m past the Best Buy return limit so we’ll see what happens with TCL support.

For the price I couldn't have asked for a better 65inch TV. Picture quality is great, and the speakers are sufficient without the need of a soundbar.

Fantastic TV for the price point. They have fixed the glitches that plagued the Google UI. O use the TV with my Xbox. I love the 120 refresh rate.

For the first week or 2, the UI would glitch when doing a search. However, the issue was fixed via automatic update. The picture looks great and it is a huge upgrade from our previous 1080p tv.

Fast, easy setup. My first criterion when shopping was Google TV. The miniLED picture is much better than the Vizio 4k this replaced. Remote is straightforward.

Great for playing games and watching movies. Great tv for the price. Pros- great color control, 20 point white scale, and contrast control. Very little crushing black images. Cons- Movie mode sometimes fast images have slight blur and completely black images show blooming of the backlight of the panel.

Two stars, for the TV operating system since it is slow and didn't receive the promised updates from TCL. Five stars for picture quality, Buy the roku version because the picture quality is great.

120 FPS is awesome on this TV, especially for the price i bought it at. The only thing I can not figure out is the hands free voice control on the TV. Which I emailed TCL but nothing back yet. Also, the extended warranty through TCL is very expensive .

After having the TV for a week I can say I love the image quality. Colors really pop and blacks are impressive. The OS of this TV is terrible tho, this factor is making me think about returning it. The apps crash all the time, sometimes the image gets distorted and I have to reset the picture settings, while using peacock and HBO max, the TV completely crashed and wouldn't turn back on at least 4 times. I had to unplug it to be able to restart it. I bought a firestick Tv to see if this resolves the streaming issues. I plan to use it with a PS 5 when I can get one. If I keep seeing this issues even with a streaming device, I might just return it. So I guess buy it if you have a streaming device or apple tv.

Visually striking TV. Adjustable legs is a nice option. Every now and then, there's hiccups with the google tv elements and you have to reboot it. Other than that, it's great.

I bought this tv to replace an older 65” tv. I didn’t realize how much better the picture quality has improved until I saw the new tv. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Great picture, setup took about 20 minutes which I expected. The software was a bit buggy at first, but all of the issues I encountered have been fixed by the latest update.

This tv is a real upgrade from my old vizio 55 inch. The color is great as is the clarity. I would prefer a better interface for the settings but other than that ...no complaints!

Awesome television. Great with my ps5. The interface is nice if you don't mind Google. HDMI 2.1 ports are here for you next gen gamers. Pick this tv up and enjoy.

There were bunch of freezes and restarts before the most recent software update but since then it's stable. Only outstanding issue is that the Bluetooth connectivity for headsets and speaks is unstable. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. Hopefully with a future SW update this will be fixed too.

The TCL 65R646 is probably one of the best deals out there right now, for around $1000. It has a great panel, even though VA, with exceptional Contrast Ratio & Peak Nits that help provide a rich HDR picture. If you are in the market for a good TV for around the $1000 mark, this is the one to get.
