TCL yet again provides a great bang for your buck

Unless I'm able to splurge on a high end LG with a magic remote, there's nothing else below that price range that's able to compete with TCL's offerings. They just dominate the budget market entirely IMO, and while being fantastic TV's at the same time.

I called to get a price match from 847 to 635 for the Black Friday deal since I order a week to late and was told it can’t be done I would have to box the product which is a 70 pound tv un mount and put it back in the box when all you need is a receipt. Beside the product being great the service needs to be better. All ask if for a price correction.

Awesome TV for the price. Terrible Google Smart TV

I’m upgrading from the 2020 65” TCL 5 series with Roku, and I’ve realized how much you don’t notice a smart tv that works fine. There are constant issues with the google interface usually requiring a power cycle to fix. I had to factory reset the tv just to remove my google account from the TV and make it a “dumb tv” After setting up an Apple TV the tv is now fantastic. No complaints

If your looking for a new tv than i recommend best buy. They are helpful answering questions in the store and upon delivery. Next time i will pay to have best buy install my tv i n my wall. That was my only regret. Thank you

Worst TV Everm

Bought March 21st now May 9th and tv will not power on. Have used remote and power button on back of the tv will not power on. Don’t wast your time do not buy quality control is terrible.
