    TCL 65 646 dead dark regions on bottom left 2 pana

    TV had dead areas on bottom left, swapped tv same had dead pixels on bottom left but much less than first TV. Also plastic wrap that is applied to TV was very poor leaving TV to have dirty dust marks on it continously. TCL needs to do much better Quality Checks before shipping out these panels. No difference between before and after BB pulled this TV and then relisted it on the site. TCL and BB should work with customers to extend warranty on faulty TVs

    This tv looks good but the quality control is horrendous! Literally on the first day I was encountering sound issues then a few days later I had some dead pixels. Went back and forth with Best Buy and overall not a pleasant experience! Definitely either buy a cheaper Samsung or wait until you can afford a more expensive 120 hz tv.

    Missing parts..The last thing I expected

    Just got this TV from Best Buy. Guess what, both the feet of the TV are missing. This is so frustrating. I drove all the way to Best Buy, picked up the TV, hauled it up the stairs to my apartment and then after unboxing it, see that the feet are missing. It is a very heavy TV. Just the thought of returning this heavy TV is making me more upset. Can Best Buy or TCL provide me the missing parts?

    Dead spot on brand new TV.

    Purchased this TV new on Black Friday and turned it on for the first time only to find one of the mini-LEDs is burned out. Now there is a small 1mm dark spot towards the bottom of the screen. Not sure if I will return/exchange it or not, it was a huge pain getting it back from the store.

    Buggy Release and Poor Audio

    Sound would continuously cease to output from my soundbar. Audio and picture are consistently out of sync no matter my adjustment. Now no sound comes through any speakers, tv or soundbar. Apps crash too often.

    TV has a life of its own. Hey Google will suddenly come on and start whipping through the menu and then the TV starts pixelating and then it goes dark. I unplug it, wait a while, and plug it back in and then see above. I love the TV when it works, but.

    Pure TRASH for gaming!

    Absolutely horrible gaming TV. The juddering, ghosting and blooming was insane, almost had a seizure it was so bad. Already started my return on this garbage.

    The TV won’t even start. After few hours of struggle, found out the black screen issue is common for TCL TVs even for the brand new ones. Disappointed.

    Good Picture Quality, bad software

    I ordered this TV a little less than one month ago. The picture quality is very good in my opinion. The issues I have come accross so far are primarily software related I believe. There is no apple homekit/airplay support and apps do crash fairly often. When i try to cast from my Samsung s20+, the tv closes the cast after a few minutes almost every time. Also the battery cover on the remote does not want to stay on. The price is definitely fair but be prepared for software troubles along the way until TCL updates the firmware.

    Slow, App Crashes, Picture Washed Out

    Slow interface. App crashes. The colors are washed out. Doesn't work nicely with my ARC soundbar. Really bad experience. Had to send it back and buy a TV from another brand.

    Great TV, Excellent Value

    I picked up this TV before the Super Bowl for $300 off and have to say it’s an amazing value for $700. Most mini-LED backlit TVs are well over a thousand. The brightness is excellent and contrast is superb. Motion clarity is good, but not as good as what OLED TVs can offer. TV looks great with thin bezels on top and sides. Lower bezel is larger with “TCL” in the center. Google TV platform is ok. I prefer Roku, but that one was not on sale and for $40 I can pickup a Roku stick and best done with Google. I paired this with a Sonos Beam soundbar and they work seemlessly together through the eARC. Overall I would recommend this TV as a great value for the technology is has.

    Trash. Took it back in 24 hrs. Would not update and tcl said i couldn't do it threw usb either. The 4k up scale is trash
