    Don’t get the roku version. That one is not 120 hz refresh rate. Only google TV has that feature. Great TV. The major software bugs are sorted but minor bugs on youtube app remain. No deal breaker as such. Some menu items are hidden, like to enable Xbox compatibility, you need to learn steps from youtube.

    Beat non- OLED TV you can get. The local dimming and colors pop so much more than my 2017 Vizio M-Series. This is a truly get monitor. It gets very bright and the dimming is so close to my parents' LG OLED but for a third the cost.

    I'm amazed at the quality for the price point. Compared this to the 60" Samsung it's replacing side by side, the picture difference is fantastic. The only con I see is it uses Google TV instead of ROKU so I'm using a stick.

    Took a chance on this micro LED model TCL based on very positive UTube reviews and am extremely happy with a brand I had previously dismissed. My Samsung crapped out after five years and I was open to no longer spending a premium price for that kind of performance!

    Software fail!

    Yes it does have software problems! I bought this before the company temporarily stopped selling the sets in December. They subsequently released a patch and announced the problem fixed. I’ve gone online and updated all software and it’s still not fixed. Some apps simply don’t interface. Worse, the tv completely freezes at least daily. The only way to unfreeze it is unplug and reboot. It’s infuriating that the company must have known this when they sold it to me in November. It may have a nice picture at a nice price, but IT IS IN NOT WORTH IT.

    Very good contrast. the local dimming works well and overall quality is amazing. With the new Google TV update, the software glitches are gone.

    Great set, awful software, really wish it has more 2.1 HDMI ports as you lose one to eARC, so it really only has one, which means sofies choice between your xbox and ps5.

    To the guy who said his TV is crooked!

    You put the legs on backwards! My suggestion is to put them on the correct way and the TV wont tilt. Not Best Buy's issue but your lack of the ability to assemble it correctly!

    Decent but has a few problems

    You don't really get a manual with this TV and there are a ton of settings that are not explained. I have been able to get a good picture by using settings someone posted on avsforums.com. Mine looses it WIFI connection on startup about 50% of the time. I bought this TV because I wanted the google operating system. I think if I put a google chromecast on it it would oprerate better but I shouldn't have to do that. My google chromecast on another TV never looses connection.

    Good screen but software is buggy and sound doesnt work with Soundbar, no atmos experience using eArc. Also sometimes the tv just flashes and goes blank. Go for a sony at this price.

    Had for 3 hours and returning...awful picture

    Most reviews dawg this set for everything but the picture, but this TV for me is unwatchable. I use YouTube tv for my cable provider....everything is grainy looking. It's like the TV doesn't upscale at all. All the stock image settings are bad.... no matter how I adjust things are too dark, not sharp enough, not vivid.... the 1080P TV this was replacing had a MUCH better image than this does, and my cheap 4K 65" Vizio beats this one in picture quality all around. Did a factory reset and tried all over again to see if that would help, but nope. Really, really disappointed. Having to repack the damned thing and haul it to the store is a suckfest as well.

    The TV screen was oiling and there was a spot on the bottom of the right side of the screen. The UI is glitchy and I constantly have to reboot the TV for it to pick up a signal for cable tv, xbox or firestick.
