Has an excellent picture. Makes Gaming more enjoyable now with the 120HZ No packet loss or glitching. Would definitely recommend this TV to gamers.

Price to performance is great. For gaming it can do up to 4K 120hz with VVR (variable refresh rate). Which pairs great with ps5, Xbox, and pc gaming. Has low input lag for gaming. Has great hdr options. I love having Dolby vision. Mini led with full array is great but not as good as high end TVs. But hard to find anything better at this price. Google tv is one of the better smart platforms but does have some problems. Has good out of box color calibration but could be better. I have the tv for a month and had no problems.

Beautiful picture, great HDR capabilities and I do like Google’s software since my previous TV is a slow, older Samsung. I can put VPN apps directly on my TV which I appreciate. My only criticism is that the Variable Refresh Rate while using my PS5 is effectively useless. It constantly flashes in and out of finding the input and I’m assuming its because the frame rate is changing so frequently the TV isn’t able to keep up seamlessly. If youre spending $800 - $1000 on this TV for the VRR, I would look elsewhere but there is definite value there if VRR is something you don’t care about. I got mine for $500 open box so I would consider that an absolute steal.

I was so happy buying this TV then... The google OS is buggy. I don't know how but after 6mo a crack showed up in the display. No kids in the house. The picture is very nice but Prime is always dark. I would rate better if I knew why it cracked.

Fundamentals of the tv are 5 stars. Great picture, good sounds. Had initial software issues, where there was no audio when playing videos on certain aps (apple tv and disney+ specifically), but that seems to have resolved itself after the last software update. Was pretty frustrated initially. Almost returned it. Very happy now.

Amazing picture quality very impressive, i was going to return because i was having the same issue everyone else was having with the apps crashing but TCL recently sent out an update to fix the issues and now the TV is performing very well. The google OS is great and looks very premium, gaming on this TV on the series x works great and has very low input lag, and the dolby is so impressive when its enable for dolby movies, the blacks are impressive not beating an oled but not far off and the colors pop. You have to make some adjustments in the settings tho cause out the boxs everything is off a little. But very pleased with what TCL did with this TV, great job!

Excellent value for the money! Fantastic display, and very sharp colors. Screen savers are always great to have in the integrated google tv. All apps work as expected.

I love it. Compared to the big dog's this TV stands proud, at about half the price. After almost 2 years and 2 moves this TV still works and looks awesome.

This tv got bad review when it initially came out but it is much improved since then due to updates. It has some good qualities- brightness and the refresh rate is legit. The reason i only gave 3 stars is simply because of the upscaling. It just wasnt good enough.

I have been following the reviews and price for about a year now. Finally made the purchase @ 599 + tax. Used the savings for a 5 year warranty. I read all the early reviews and it seemed like this TV was released early; before all the operating systems bugs were worked out. When I bought this they seemed to be all worked out. Here are the exceptions: I have not tried shared devices (like chromcast etc), or the speech recognition. So I can’t comment on those yet. Not sure about the ARC/eARC yet. I read an Amazon review that said there are problems with this. I set mine up to pioneer VSX-532 receiver. After an hour or two it shuts down just shuts down. TV stays and will be paused on what ever input you were on DISRUPTIVE. I haven’t tried to figure this out yet. I could be the TV it could be the receiver. Tried to watch some home movies on USB thumb drive. This didn’t work at all and made the TV angry (lol). It kept rebooting until I took it out. I called TCL customer service and they couldn’t help. About a week ago the OS was updated, so, I tried again. It was better and did not recycle. But it kept giving me an error message. And prompted me to reformat. Well my pc could read these drive just fine. So there is still a problem. I tried 3 thumb drives that were exFAT (CS said it should read exfat). So, I called in to customer service again. There really isn’t anything they can do. I just need to wait for another update and hopefully it will work. CS didn’t mention ntsf but anything coming out of the box these days should read all of the most popular formats. What is does do: Great Picture! Can’t go wrong with the mini led’s. Audio is clear and can get loud. It gets real bright. It was easy to set up. Also, the streaming features work. That 4k content is amazing on this TV. I would recommend this TV but would hesitate if the person need usb support that worked or ARC/eARC. Last, I am not a gamer and can’t comment on that.

This TV offers excellent picture quality with vibrant colors, smooth motion and clean crisp picture. This tv is seamless in smart feature. No issues with freezing up. Perfect for movies and gaming, it delivers premium performance at a competitive price. Highly recommended!

Great tv. For the price, theres no other that beats it. Contrast is superb, gets bright, and the colors are vivid. Gaming is also awesome on this tv.

Incredible price for an amazing TV. It got it all: 120hz, QLED, HDR10, Mini-LED, low latency. Google TV is arguably the best platform at the moment. Deep blacks, almost no blooming at all.

Got this TV after a lot of research, best TV for movies - would rank it right to the OLEDs. If your budget is above 1K go for OLED, if not this is the best tv at this price for Sub 1K

This TV is truly amazing! TCL and Hisence, both get a "bum rap" because they are considered by many to be "low-cost" or "budget" devices. That can NOT be further from the truth. With proper calibration, the latest firmware, and in equal environments, I would put this TV up against virtually any Samsung, LG, and certainly Sony on the market for picture quality and "out-of-the-box" excellence. From a "cost to return on investment" perspective, TCL/Hisence... CAN NOT BE BEAT! They win, hands down. Just my opinion.

Nice TV for the price. Great picture quality, software is little laggy though. I paired it with Apple TV and took care of the issue. Sound is pretty good too.

Absolutely love this TV, colors and contrast is amazing! The brightness is great, even on a bright day.

The picture and sound that this tv puts out is incredible. My only issue is that I've had it for a year now and I'm already noticing odd behavior like the randomly TV turning off immediately after turning it on. It's a rare issue in an otherwise great TV.
