It's an excellent TV along with the additional features of having artwork playing in the background when you're not watching TV my only disappointment is the sales rep at the store said if you're buying this for a TV this is not a TV to watch...he needs better training. As being a tech guy he was wrong....so to the untrained buyer you would've lost a sale.

Love that this TV is flat against the wall, you will need help to wall mount, this TV is very heavy.

Nice addition to the living room. Installation will work great with bracket that comes with the TV as long as you get the template level. Picture is good as long as you are not close to the TV. By close I mean with in 3’ or less.

Almost all of the tv is good and id probably buy one again if i ever had to. But there are three issues that we have noticed since we bought it. The biggest issue is that the internet is buggy, exclusively over wifi. The wifi connection loses itself at every startup and sometimes while using it, and we have strong wifi. Taking a few minutes to troubleshoot the wifi everytime we use it is not ideal. For a tv that needs an internet connection for its basic functions, its a pretty big issue. The good news is that after we ran an ethernet cable from the router to it, we have not had an issue. Mouting the tv wasnt an issue, but with how flat it sits against the wall we had to install a recessed panel behind the tv to house our outlet and connections. Most tv mounts will give you a little room behind the tv, but you have to use the included mounts and there is no room behind the tv. But that is also one of the features of this tv, so its not a complaint. Lastly, the sound is a little strange compared to our past tvs. It has prominant high frequencies and subtle low frequencies. A sound bar would probably help, but that can also defeats the purpose of having a tv that looks like its not a tv. Other than that, evetything else is great.

I bought this TV 18 days ago. No problems with Nice picture. My issue is wirh Best Buy themselves. The TV went in sale. $400 difference. I asked Best Buy ti do a price match abd was told no because the price match is 15 days. Im not even sure when rhe TV went on sale but I feel like Best Buy should reallu concern an update to their price match policy. Very disappointing. I will be looking elsewhere next time Im making a big purchase for a company sho had a better policy.

Picture quality is really good after fine tuning in settings. The sound is a little bit "tingy" if that makes sense which is a little dissapointing given it's an art frame style so a sound bar isnt an option. Doesn't detract too much tho. Free art selection is better than other Frame brand TVs.

What I liked: -Matte texture reduces glare in our bright living room -Google TV operating system is quick and snappy -TV remote is nice being bluetooth so you don't have to point at the sensor, -Flush mount makes the TV look very visually appealing in our space. -Lots if I/O for devices. What I would improve: -TV brightness could be lacking in certain lighting conditions -The backlight does not dim to the level of competitors like the Samsung Frame. If you anticipate showing pictures when the TV is not in use, you may be disappointed when they look like pictures on a screen. -I may need to mess with settings, but the color saturation when using AirPlay can be really weird. I can't comment on sound quality as I have had it on a soundbar from the very beginning. Overall, if you are looking for a TV you plan to wall mount and want one to look appealing in your space, I would recommend this TV. If you are looking for a frame TV to display artwork and be multi-mode, you may be better with a different product.

The TCL 65" NXTFRAME has clear, colorful quality. The matte finish screen is able to eliminate all reflection from interior lights and sunlight through windows. Very happy with this purchase.

The perfect for the money is great. Deep blacks, beautiful colors, good contrast. For the money, its not bad. The sound quality from the speakers isnt to great... it sounds scratchy. Be prepared to buy a soundbar of some sort.
